These guys were great! My carpet looks and smells brand new. I can’t believe they got out several stains that had been there for years! I will definitely use Chris and his team again. And I love that my carpet isn’t soaking wet. It’s almost dry an hour after they left. Charlotte Cleanpro is the best!!!

After requesting a quote Chris got back to me within an hour. He explained the process used by his company vs regular steam cleaning. He also quoted me a price that was fair and slightly below what everyone else had quoted me. He showed up on time and did an exceptional job cleaning my carpets (including stairs), rugs and upholstery. He was able to remove some carpet stains I was not sure would come out and left the whole house smelling clean and fresh. He then proceeded to charge me less than the original quote because the work was less involved than originally estimated. I will definitely use this company again.

The service was exceptional. You would be hard pressed to find someone even half as good. Attention to detail and an amazing attitude that showed he really cared made the entire process great.

Chris showed up on time, in fact he called about 2 hours early to see if he could come on but I wasn't ready for him at that point! Very nice fella, early 30's, took the time to explain the process and the difference between this style of cleaning and carpet shampooing cleaning. The only thing I was disappointed in is that I was hoping it would "lift out" the carpet indentations from sofa and chair legs etc. I thought once the carpet was wet the material would loosen up and spring back to life but it didn't.

What a great experience we had with Charlotte Cleanpro! Here's a company who does exactly what they say they are going to do! We made the mistake of waiting to the last week before the Holidays to clean our carpets. With guests coming in just a few days, we put the call in to Charlotte Cleanpro. The owner was professional and courteous. He eased my concerns about the timing of the cleaning, as I didn't want our guests to come in and restain our recently cleaned carpets. I can't tell you the specifics, but I hung up the phone feeling confident that our procrastination wouldn't cost us. The day of the cleaning, I recieved a courtesy call to let me know when they would be arriving. They then showed up exactly when they said they were going too (if only the cable guy could do the same!). Again, they were courteous and professional. We showed them the areas we wanted cleaning and they quickly went to work. Within about 90 minutes they were in and out of our house, cleaning 4 rooms and making the carpet look brand new. The best part about it? Within another hour or so we were able to walk on our carpet. We didn't have to wait for it to dry. My wife and I put the rooms back together and awaited the arrival of our guests. Christmas was saved! HA! Seriously, this was a great service experience. I've had other carpet cleaning companies in my home and found them to lacking in quality, professionalism, service, and unfortunately, end results. Charlotte Cleanpro was WAY above the industry benchmark. OUR CARPETS STILL LOOK GREAT.

Antonio and Tim will make magic happen in your house! They are so professional, and so tuned in to details! Pet stains over 3 years old disappeared! New ones of course went away too, along with any other kind of stain on the carpets! The carpets look like new and so does the furniture! Upholstered furniture, pillows, Oriental rugs... they can clean it all! The best carpet cleaning ever! Thanks for doing such an excellent job!

Antonio and Tim were very prompt, professional, and great to work with. I had them clean my living areas that get the most use and where our dog spends the most time. Our carpets look new again! They dried quickly and were left smelling great. The system they use leaves no residue and is eco-friendly... an added bonus! I would definitely recommend Charlotte Cleanpro.
