Description of Work: I had an issue with my gas pack unit which kept turning itself off in the middle of the heating cycle.Called Joe from unlimited Heating and cooling since he installed the unit couple years ago. The unit was under warranty and it cost me nothing for parts but one (1) service trip, even-though it took multiple trips to my house until the problem was resolved. |

 + -1 moreMr. Lucas was able to meet me the same day I called him. He arrived early and tested the coil, in my presence, for leaks. He said *if* there was a leak, it was very small, and that there was no urgency to replace or repair it. Overall, I was impressed. Mr. Lucas stuck to the task at hand (no sales pitches for service contracts or a new super-expensive unit), was professional yet easy going, and clearly knew what he was doing.
Description of Work: Joe Lucas was recommended to me to give a second opinion on an AC repair. The first company I asked to look at it said the coil needed to be replaced, at incredible expense--almost $2000.
