We had an in home estimate with Matt M. He arrived on time with a friendly smile and a firm handshake. We were immediately pleased with his "get down to business" style. We are usually nervous about home improvement estimates, they can be shallow and vague at best. However Matt put his best feet forward and knew our needs before we did. His presentation was geared to our needs, and didn't try to upsale us for his or UWD's benefit. After his presentation and our agreement, approval was easy and we are happy to have had Matt at our home! Excited for our install!! Although the in depth presentation was lengthy, it was informative and we are confident in our decision.

I had a great experience with Thomas Jensen! He really showed me the benefits of the windows that only Universal Windows Direct can offer. He was very knowledgable in the product and the price was the best in town.

Windows were custom made according to measurements taken of my original windows. Once they were complete, Inwas contacted to set a time for installation. The installers were actually on time, courteous and friendly. They worked efficiently and my windows were complete in a day and a half. All mess was thoroughly cleaned up.

We met with Matt Mallas! He was very professional and helpful. We are so excited to get these new, beautiful, energy-efficient windows put in. There's no doubt that this is a reputable company with high quality products ... and great prices! The price was significantly lower than other quotes I got ... and for significantly better windows! I called to get a quote this morning and Matt came out this evening; I was amazed at their prompt response! I'd highly recommend this company!

Matt Mallas with Universal's Direct Windows completed a partial install on our house this time last year and the windows have been a complete lifesaver. Energy efficient and bills have reflected the quality of the windows. We are now looking forward to completing our house with the remaining windows left on the back side of our house. Matt was very professional in helping us through the application process and install and was always very courteous when needed. I was amazed to get an appointment the same day I asked for a free quote. Matt Mallas was on time for the appointment and professional. He was knowledgeable and did not pressure us into buying windows from the company. The price was good for the product and we decided to go ahead and sign a contract. We look forward to getting our new windows!

Installation went just as expected. The crew was very nice and did a great job! They cleaned up very nice upon completion.

Everything went well. Turn around time from order placement to installation was approximately 5 weeks. Thomas Jensen performed the install. It was an extremely difficult installation. All windows are on the second flore. My yard slants downward and I have decorative planter beds. I was amazed how skilled Thomas and team were. Finding a safe ladder placement, climbing so high while holding the new windows. BTW, heat index that day topped over 100 degrees in the shade. I was impressed. I agree with other reviewers the sales pitch was a long but I forced myself to listen through to the end. I have to admit I learned a lot about window quality and the benefits of Universal Windows Direct. It was worth the time.

CJ Montgomery was professional and worked hard to bring the windows into our budget. We are really excited to have these high quality windows installed.

They installed a sunroom before Josh was the manager so my problems were eith het previous management team. The installed the sun room incorrectly and before they would correct all the issues the manager and work crew were replaced. The new manager was hired and a new individual to correct all the issues from the first install, Josh was very receptive in getting the issues resolved. and the crew had to tear out all the previous work and rebuild the sunroom from the ground up. The work was completed and the damager door replaced as I requested so I do not have a problem with Universal Windows now. The only reason why I can't give this company an A was the 16 months of headache I had to go through to get a finished product.

Great job fast and professional no problems

I am so happy with our windows and sliding glass door. I thought the price for 9 windows and sliding glass door was very reasonable. It only took 4 weeks from signing contract to order being finished and installed. The installers were very knowledgeable answered and showed us anything we asked of them. They were so kind and nice. I would highly recommend Universal Windows to anyone looking to replace or install windows or anything else they put in. Also I have called in several times and always was treated kindly and all answers, answered. Never treated like I was a problem. This is a good company and again I would highly recommend them. Thank you so much Universal windows.

Excellent. From the initial appointment, to follow, up, installation and further follow up. Great company. We love our new windows!

The only complaint I have from the whole process was the sales pitch. They should warn you how long it is actually going to take to do the estimate. We were thinking the salesman would come in and talk for a few minutes then measure the windows and give an estimate. The sales pitch was about 2 hours long, then when we decided to go ahead and sign a contract that took about another hour. After that, everything went great. They sent another guy out to get more exact measurements and within two weeks they called to schedule the installation. The installation crew did arrive about an hour late with no phone call. They worked very quickly and were done replacing all of our windows in under 3 and a half hours. I am very happy with the installation and look of the windows, it was a huge upgrade to our house. I started asking around and these windows are a lot more expensive than most. We had a great experience, just beware of how long the estimate process is going to take.

The two installers were professional, on time, cleaned up after themselves, and did an excellent job with the installation and finish work on the windows. They will be highly recommended to anyone needing the products they offer.

The estimate was a bit lengthy but the install was great. All staff from Sales to installers were very kind and professional. Keith and Tom did a great job installing my windows and answering any questions I had. I will be back next year for my upstairs windows.

We purchased 14 windows last month from Universal Windows. They have an extremely hard sale, but if you are reading buyers’ experiences, you have read about that. The product, however; is excellent and therefore, we overlooked the sales strategy and purchased despite it. The installers led by Kevin Mays, were on time and they proceeded to install the windows in an efficient and professional manner. They were not intrusive. They set about their work and they installed the windows with a very smooth process. Water damaged drywall was repaired and it looks perfect. There is no evidence of any damage at this point. I highly recommend Universal Windows for the education they provide, their professionalism, and the quality of their work!!!
