On January 9, 2024, we experienced what we now know was a 25-year rain. Unfortunately, our entire basement flooded with rising waters at a rate we could not control. Water entry began at approximately 2 pm. We were unhinged! Once we realized we were handcuffed to the situation, we started processing, “How are we getting this water out of here?” After several phone calls and a Facebook post, one of our sweet friends mentioned United Water Restoration Group. The owner was a patient of hers, and she highly recommended his company. I called immediately, and Rob answered. In less than two hours, he and his team arrived at our home and instantly started extracting the water. They lifted our furniture onto protective footings, rolled up rugs, immediately brought in ten drying fans, and three industrial-sized dehumidifiers. They did it with the utmost care and efficiency. The entire team was amazingly professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. Equipment was clean and powerful. It took more than a week to dry out. Every single day, someone from their team either called or stopped by to check on the progress. I can honestly say, our story would have had a much different result had it not been for this company’s promptness and attention to detail. We are entirely grateful that water was only an issue for a matter of a few hours - thanks to this fantastic company. We cannot sing their praises enough - they are saved as FAVORITES in our phone so that we can recommend them the same way it was paid forward to us! Thank you, Rob, Cindy, Jesse, and the entire team. Team was at our house in under an hour to start the water mitigation after a water pipe burst and was undetected for days while we were away on vacation. The hauled away the damaged flooring, walls and insulation. Staff came by daily to check on the condition of the floor & walls, and adjust the drying fans. The staff responded to call & emails timely AND assisted with insurance company questions and related. Highly recommended.

Followed up with us and got us in the schedule very timely. They were extremely thorough and worked directly with the insurance company.

We had a toilet tank that broke in our house, flooding the bathroom and spilling down to the first floor. Will, Nick, Jesse, Tray, and Chris were super helpful in drying out the water. They answered all my questions and were very professional. We felt very fortunate that we had no damage to the rug or ceiling. I would definitely call them again.

United Water Restoration Group of Charlotte did a fantastic job helping me with water damage caused by a leaking shower from a unit above. From start to finish everyone was extremely professional. Jeron, the Reconstruction Manager, worked within my schedule and made sure the work done was to me liking. I will recommmend UWRG of Charlotte to any friends or family looking for similar work.

If I could give 100 stars, I would! I had water damage on July 3rd of this year. After removing the water from the floor, I thought I was done... until I went to my garage and noticed water dripping from the ceiling. At that point, I knew I was in trouble. I went to Google, and UWRG was the first hit I saw. Panicking and with high anxiety, I called the number. I spoke with Rob (owner), who was lovely, sweet, and reassuring. About 30 minutes-1 hour later, Rob and Jeron were at my house to assess the damage. I explained how I worried about my garage as the water dripped from my ceiling. After using the infrared technology, Rob informed me that I would need to claim as there was damage to my garage ceiling. My worst nightmare was actualized (home insurance). The home insurance I had came with the builder (I am in a new build of 4+ years), and my intuition told me that I would have to fight to get things done correctly... and I was right. Without UWRG, I would've given up on the process. I had to file a complaint with the NC Department of Insurance Commission (thanks to UWRG for the tip) as the adjuster wanted to pay 50% of the mitigation cost. To be clear, the mitigation cost was for the emergency work that UWRG had to do to remove the water damage. I had humidifiers running for ten days to dry out my walls. Mitigation costs are COVERED LOSSES. This means your home insurance company HAS to pay this cost. After filing my complaint, UWGR received 100% of the covered loss payment. I wish that were the end of the story, but it wasn't. I (the homeowner), the mortgage company, and UWGR must sign the checks. I signed the checks and sent them to my mortgage company (through overnight mail), where one of the checks was lost. I didn't realize this until I called and had them hunt down the checks. At that point they took full responsibility and admitted they lost the checks. I contacted my home insurance company to have the one check canceled and reissued. My home insurance company canceled BOTH checks and reissued them. The problem was UWRG deposited the other check. Karen G of UWRG was soo helpful in my time of need. Whenever I was highly stressed or anxious (whenever I thought of this situation), she would calm me down and provide pointers on how to mitigate the numerous issues. At no point in the process did Karen, Rob, or anyone at UWRG become frustrated with me, even though I was extremely frustrated in the process, as we (myself and UWRG) did everything correctly to get this unfortunate situation handled correctly. As I said in the beginning, my water damage happened on July 3rd, 2022. All checks for the covered loss and rebuild were finalized on November 20th, 2022. That is four months, which is way too long. For those that do not know, you have 180 days (or six months) after the filing of the claim to send in invoices for repairs. I was starting to get worried as my six months ended on January 3rd, 2023. I hope none of you reading this review have to deal with water damage or any loss to your home. If you do, I would HIGHLY suggest having UWRG be your representative to get your home back to its original state. Without UWRG, my home would still be a disaster. I cannot thank them enough for guiding me through this horrible process.

I was so stressed because I had water coming up through my floors. I called and Joel was sent over immediately to ***** the situation. Within 2 hours Brandon and Allen showed up to start the process of sucking the water up and attempting to dry the floor planks. All 3 guys were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I asked a lot of questions because I've never dealt with anything like this. They answered all my questions in depth, with a smile. Over the next week or so they came to my house almost daily, along with William, to check and adjust the equipment. Whenever I called , they answered. They arrived on time. I can't say enough about these guys! Very professional, cleaned up everything before, during, and after. I'm 100% satisfied and highly recommend!!!

My house got an accidental flood, so I was dreading having to deal with restoration companies. However, I have only high remarks for the UWR Team! Their customer service is A+ by being so helpful and responsive. Joel and William were my main contacts throughout my entire water mitigation and demolition process. They are punctual, professional, and overall just honest people who will even help spend the time educating you the steps they plan on doing. These guys really gave me peace of mind. I would 100% recommend this company to others who are looking to get anything water-restoration related projects complete with high quality.

Everything went perfect! The workers were very knowledgeable, gave detailed answers to my questions and were incredibly responsive. The owner, Cindy, is an absolute sweetheart. I felt as if I was being treated as family. They were able to control, eliminate and dry out any moisture that had developed in the affected area in a matter of days and we couldn't be happier. Do not hesitate, these are the folks you want for the job.

They were quick to respond, thorough in the work they performed. They came back daily and checked their equipment and changed it as needed. Our insurance adjustor was amazed with the work they did.

I had a leak in house and united water restoration team came in and stabilized it. They were really professional, the owner herself came in and explained us the process. They did demo only for things which should and they were fairly reasonable. They also worked with insurance company and took care of it. They are honest company who's prime job is customer satisfaction. Joe sabo was the best who took care of it and made sure our house was restored

Once again, United Water Restoration Group came to the rescue! Rob dropped everything to get to our home to assess the source of damage and brought in the equipment to dry things out before more damage could be done. This company has proven itself to be responsive and reliable. I highly recommend them!!

Rob and his team were fantastic. Our leaky tub sent water through the ceiling in the room below. I called UWRG at 6am and talked to the dispatcher. Rob called me back 30 minutes later after having been at another client's house until 3am. Rob personally came out that same morning. Before he left, he had dehumidifiers and air movers going. We were headed out of town the next day, but trusted Rob and his team to come in and finish their work while we were gone. They took great care in their work. We also weren't sure whether we were going to file a homeowners insurance claim, but Rob assured me they don't operate any differently when insurance is involved versus when it is not and gave me everything I needed to file a claim just in case. I highly recommend.

Rob Fischmann, Kindell Parker and Rodney Anderson showed up on time and get right to work. They are knowledgeable professional and polite, They located the source of the leak and addressed it immediately, I can't say enough about Rob, he managed the entire repair including working with my insurance company. I highly recommend United Water Restoration Group of Charlotte. They are the best.

Came home after being away for a week to find my ceilings on the floor and my house flooded. While away I had a upstairs plumbing problem. Rob had 3 trucks at my house quickly. He and Kindell explained the process to me. The company was very respectfully of my feelings and understood this was a very emotional time for me. They were even concerned about my kitten who was hiding in the house and happy when he was found. It took awhile, but my house is finally dry. I highly recommend them, but hope I never need their services again. :o) Thank you to all that worked on my home.

I was very pleased with United Water Restoration Group of Charlotte. Rob Fischmann, president of the company did a great job at putting our minds at ease during the Restoration. He told me "sit down and let us handle it", and he did just that. We were very pleased with the job they did and we highly recommend them.

The customer service was terrific and they did a fantastic job. They didn't try to charge me more. They were nice people, pleasant to work with, reliable, trustworthy, they were fair and eager to help people. My handyman did a great job too.

Everything went very well. Fortunately there was no mold and the crawl space was able to be dried out within a few days.
