My wife and I called with a leak. Within hours someone was at our house to help take care of the leak. They even worked closely with our insurance company during the process to make sure everything was covered.

Saved the day! And my retro bathroom tile floor! Everyone at United Water Restroration is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I’ve never had to deal with something like this and was quite stressed. From the initial inspector, to the technicians who can to check the equipment, everyone was honest, kind, and got the job done. Rob went above and beyond advising me on the whole process with my insurance company and majorly assisted with the right contractors to complete my repair work. I highly recommend this company!

We had a great experience with United Water Restoration Group of Charlotte during one of the worst experiences of our lives. Rob Fischmann, COO, personally answered our call on a Saturday evening and came to our home on a Sunday morning to set-up and get us safe from a raw sewerage spill inside the home! From that point on it was “go time”. We had a massive claim that required countless contractors, scheduling, moving out, contents storage etc… and Rob was with us every step of the way, at any hour, for explanation or simply reassurance that this too will pass and all will be back to normal. United Water Restoration employees are professional, respectful of property and efficient. His general manager, Chris McWhorter, the operations manager, Nick Nelson and the CEO, Cindy High, have all been great to work with, highly professional and very knowledgeable in their industry. We would strongly encourage anyone in need of a restoration company to call UWR, you’ll be in safe and professional hands and be back to your normal life much faster than with any other restoration company out there!

Recently utilized this company’s services on a very unfortunate leak in my home. I had no idea where to even start so I contacted this business. I first spoke with Nick Nelson and he was extremely prompt getting an estimate and workers out here as soon as possible. I then had the pleasure of David Honeycut and Montray Porter completing my demolition. They did a fantastic job of explaining everything to me in a way that I could properly understand with zero experience/background in this field. They were extremely personable and I could not recommend this business more based solely off their performance. Very timely responses and they did everything in their power to make sure I was always in the loop.

We had a water emergency in our upstairs laundry room that caused a big leak in our ceiling downstairs. The plumber we used recommended United Water Restoration and called them to reach out to us. Nick quickly responded and came the same day to assess the damage and provide some fans to start drying the area. Even though we had damage on a Friday, David came out Saturday to further assess the damage and bring in additional equipment to completely dry the areas. He also looked at some prior damage we had from an old leak to assess if there was any mold and to mitigate the area. David was professional, worked hard and did not waste time. He returned Monday along with Trey and they checked if everything had dried. They removed all the equipment and placed our washer back. David and Trey were super nice and did a great job! We were pleased with the work and the cost was reasonable.

It was excellent. They were very prompt. They came out and get the problem solved.

Rob and Kendel were great to work with from start to finish. They were reliable, dependable, spent ample time with us to make sure we understood things, and were just an overall breath of fresh air to work with in a time when we were in a bit of a panic. We are very thankful we called them first and that Rob answered the phone on a Saturday afternoon when we placed our first phone call.
