 + 0 moreThey looked at my phone. It wasn't just the screen as initially thought so they couldn't fix it or at least not at a reasonable price, I'm not sure which. The phone was several years old and I was already considering getting a new one. They contacted me on schedule with the results of their free diagnostics. My daughter has used them several times and has been pleased with the results. Both this location and Matthews.
Description of Work: Looked at my broken phone (free) and told me it couldn't be fixed or at least not at a reasonable price (I'm not sure which).

 + 0 moreThey did a diagnostic on the phone and told me the problem was a old/bad battery. I tested with my friend's phone and battery. She has the same Samsung Galaxy S3 and my battery was charged was 90%. her battery charged at 60% didn't change my phone.
Description of Work: I took my bricked Samsung phone to them to see if they could fix it.
