TV Mounting Service of Charlotte

UNPROFESSIONAL..... I called to get a quote for having 2 tv's mounted after seeing a$99 advertisement. What I was quoted was more than that which is fine. I simply asked why was it so much. J said well that's just what we charge and he was in the middle of a job call him back if I wanted to schedule. I tried to call back and he blocked my phone number. A business blocks your number because you question the price, extremely rude and unprofessional. He didn't even have good phone mannerism acted as if me calling him for his service was an inconvenience.

The TV mounting was great..! I was pleased with the service as well as the professionalism provided. He arrived on time and explained in detail what he was going to do before he started his work. I was both surprised and pleased that he even provided the wall mount that was used as that was a true relief knowing that I didn't have purchase one. While "J" mounted the TV in one room, I was busy connecting a TV in another room and after he was finished he came to assist me by finishing the hookup and connecting the speakers. That saved me the headache of trying to get the wires and cables in the right place. He was awesome and I would certainly use his services again! Thank you "J" for a job well done!

IT WAS AWFUL- First the appointment was at 10am and he arrived at 10:45 my husband was forgiving for that and allowed him to come in and complete the install that should have been the first red flag. He did everything he needed to do and my husband helped him place the tv on the mount. My husband told him that the tv maybe too heavy but he assured him it would be fine. OF COURSE he was wrong. The tv was placed on the mount and he made my husband pay in cash which is odd considering he said he takes credit cards but I didn't think anything of it but then he left for the day. I came home from work and my husband proceeded to show me how it worked. As soon as he pulled the television from the wall and turned it to the left with the arm the bracket bent and broke. We both tried for over an hour to try to put the tv back against the wall with no avail. So at this point it was daggling from the wall- (our 55in plasma tv daggling from the wall). We called him back immediately and we went to voice mail. I left him a message and told him there was a problem with the install and that the bracket looked to be bent and the tv would not go back against the wall correctly and was leaning dangerously and could this be from the weight of the tv and to please give me a call asap. I did not receive a call but a text message- his message was "send me a picture". So I did. His next response " Tried turning it like a steering wheel?" I proceeded to inform him that NOTHING was working and that it was broken and I was worried about this tv hanging like it was and it would not be good to stay like this and could he call me to set up a time for him to come out to take a look. No call another text " call you tomorrow". Well he didn't call but texted my husband and asked him if he had done everything he could to fix the tv and my husband told him he had done all he could and it would not work. He told him he would show up at 1pm BUT GUESS WHAT- YUP NO SHOW!! TV IS STILL DAGGLING OFF THE WALL. He will not answer our call nor will he no longer respond to text messages. I AM LIVID!! Now we are having to pay someone else to come out and fix his work because he wont stand by his!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY WHO IS ALSO AKA INFINITE DESIGNS!!

Jay came on time and did an awesome job. He even crawled under my creepy and dark crawl space to move the cable wire. Price was awesome, he got the job done fast and his TV mount is great quality. Will be calling again to do the bedrooms.
