Where to begin. Work was started at the end of January 2015 going into early February. I was very clear from the beginning I needed to complete all the work in a week to 2 weeks as I needed it rented by March 1 which I was assured was doable. We are in our 4th week and we are close to being done, but not yet. The end result clearly cost me a months in potential rent. The place cannot even be shown to potential renters, but I hope to be ready now by first week of March. What is the most troublesome is their clear lack of professionalism. They tell me they will meet me at a certain time and then they are an hour to several hours late and even on occasion didn't even show up. On more than one occasion, I was told both the main contractor and the project manager are planning to meet me and then only one of them shows up. I always have to clarify exactly what time they will arrive as they are always vague. Even their subcontractors know they are never on time. They will tell me certain work will be done on xx day and then it is not. They will then reschedule the work only to reschedule it again and naturally blame their contractors. They NEVER take ownership for delays or responsibility for anything. It's always the customer or the supplier or the sub contractors who are at fault, but never them. Yet, they are overseeing this project??? It makes you wonder, "what exactly am I paying you to do?" They Over Promise and Under deliver. When removing the previous flooring, it became evident there was a water leak. Turn Key Solutions wanted to lay the new floor down without figuring out the source of the leak. I had to delay them so I could figure it out as they didn't even offer or seem concerned. I was very disappointed that they didn't feel a water leak should be resolved before laying down brand new flooring. I resolved the leak on my own and with the help of a friend. But then when the new floor went in, the installer shot nails not just into the shoe molding which was their intent, but right into the track for the sliding glass door. I had to cut 4 nails that were blocking the sliding glass door from opening all the way. When the brand new floor went in, their contractors couldn't cover it up to protect it even though there was remaining renovation being done. Then Charlotte had the ice storm. These workers tracked in water and mud on my brand new floor leaving tracks every where. Every inch is covered in dust and dirt. When commenting on the new floor, the main contactor for Turn Key Solutions had to wipe with his hand the dirt and dust on the floor out of the way to even comment on it. Naturally, Turn Key Solutions says they will clean it up. Turns out their method is for me to pay $125 to a cleaning lady they know. I don't really see that as them cleaning up after themselves. I see that as ME cleaning up after them at my expense. FWIW...I had planned to have the place professionally cleaned anyway, but still...why do you say you will clean up after yourselves and then tell me to pay someone else to do it? That's not you cleaning.... Today, Sunday, is a perfect example where their electrician needed to come. They set the expectation right up front that the electrician was going to do the work today on a Sunday so the painter could repair damage left by electrician so I made special arrangements to be there for them. They were also going to complete all remaining work in the house and I was going to pay them the balance. The electrician showed up on time and we completed our discussion of what I needed done in 10 minutes, but Turn Key Solutions project manager was over an hour late after agreeing to the time. The net result was the electrician could not complete the work today and had to reschedule for Wednesday. The main representative for Turn Key Solutions who said he would come out personally on Sunday and finish the floor didn't even show up. I even made a special trip to get the remaining materials so he could complete the work as he promised to do. They wasted 2 hours or more of my time on Sunday when I could have been doing other work on the house. The quality of the work is mediocre at best. The painting of the home is in its 4th week and this a 1300 square foot home. I could have painted this house in less time on my own. I paid them to do it so I would meet my deadline and not because I couldn't do it. This past Friday, the painters requested to have the home left unlocked late into the night where I had to make a special trip back to lock the home only to find they didn't do ANTHING after I left. They just left. So, my home was unlocked at night for NO reason. Over the last few weeks, the painters didn't even show up for 2 days so I was doing the work on my own to make up the time. I even thought they had walked off the job... It's worth noting that during this same time frame I scheduled some of my own contractors to do some of the other work including counter tops, HVAC, Dryer vent cleaning, and plumbing. The folks I hired personally got the work done on time as promised. The quality of my contractors work is as expected. I'm EXTREMELY disappointed in Turn Key Solutions work ethic. Their sub contractors have better work ethics than they do despite some of the contractors are mediocre in quality of work they do. Buyer be warned!

It went great. They were highly skilled and finished the work in a timely manner. I plan to do sme additional work in the future and will definitly hire them.

The crews that were used did an incredible job. Very impressed with their timeliness and professionalism. They did a great job and now we can get our house on the market.
