Description of Work: I purchased a year of service and after a year the weeds are worse than ever. Also they have on occasion indicated the performed service and did not actually do the work. The latest is that they had an aeration service scheduled, sent me confirmation they completed the service, but no work was done. Not sure how they expected I would miss that.

Description of Work: We just had a Tru Green representative solicit our home at dinner time (7:15 pm) on a week night. We have a no soliciting sign in at both entrances to our neighborhood. When we tried to explain this to the young man / representative he proceeded to argue with us at our front door. This type of behavior is unacceptable and we will never use Tru Green for lawn services. Whomever directed this rep to do this reflects extremely poorly on the company. Very rude indeed.

Description of Work: Excellent service. They responded to my initial call promptly, send someone out, contacted me to talk about service options, called ahead of time to say when they were coming, came when they said they would, and billed me on my own on-line account. This organization is a national franchise, they are experts at what they do, and they provide excellent advice and service.
