True-Clean Carpet Restoration Cleaning

Please DO NOT USE! Please stay away from True Clean Carpet! They are horrible! I just cant express how bad they were! They came to my house about a month ago! And they were supposed to do clean my carpet and dining room chairs! Well! Isaac the guy who came out decided to wash my chairs in the middle of my living room and with water on my hard wood floors! He had a puddle there was water everywhere and i almost freaked out! When i told him that what he was doing was wrong! He said not to worry about it! And that all i needed to do was to mop my floors!!😤 i was home alone with the kids so i did t want to argue! He then proceeded to leave and i did what i was told! I also notice my floor full of scratches! And when i called the company immediately after he left the person who answered apologized and credited my account! For two weeks we went back and forth and she sent two hard wood floor companies because my floors were not only scratched but some pieces started to blow up and come off. After she decided which company to use, they both said that for the damage they needed to re do my whole living dining and kitchen area because they couldn't just do one area! She agreed and scheduled it! The day before the appointment the hard wood floor company called me to tell me that i didnt need to be out of my house for 3 day but for 5, when i called the company to tell them that i needed help to pay the hotel the lady immediately cancelled the job and didn't do anything, i was not notified instead the hard wood floor company notified me! And ever since True Clean Carpet disappeared!! Can you believe hey blocked me form their business line and dont answer any other phone! I ve called from other phones and the call goes thru but they refuse to talk to me they immediately hang up the phone ob me! It was just so unethical! I cannot believe this happen i dont know what kind of company they are! But i wish i could tell everyone to stay away!! Im sorry for the long post but i just think is important for people to know!

THE BEST carpet cleaning I have ever had. I have lived in my home for 15 years with the original carpet. I tend to get it cleaned every 6 months or so. But for the past 3 years I have been slacking, with 3 kids, 2 dogs, and a messy husband I figured it was time to replace the carpet. Until I came across this beautiful postcard in my mailbox from True Clean. They came on time, even sent me a text to let me know they were on there way. Did a amazing job restoring my carpet with a rotary wand. Just Amazing. I will be calling again and again.

Isaac showed up on time was friendly and professional. Company used a wand that had rotating brushs on it, seem to clean better than the old fashion way of just using water and cleaner and it really clean my white carpet also carpet was just a little damp. Would use company again.
