Excellent business!! The technicians are always prompt/ Scheduling is always easy and quick. Any time we had an issue they arrived within 24-48 hours to treat our home. Very professional and courteous. We plan on continuing to use Triangle for our pest control services!

Jacob Naylor, the service technician, was very friendly, knowledgeable, customer oriented, and professional. He entered the house with protective booties; then he explained the treatment used and how it is applied, what the annual agreement involves, how often they would return, and what to do to change appointment or terminate service. He put down non-toxic treatment throughout the house and a thorough treatment along the outside periphery of the house to reduce insects coming in. He knocked down wasp nests and spider webs and generally rid us of insects for now. He was able to answer all my questions and added useful information that I wouldn't have thought of.

Initial visit was for inside/outside treatment. Subsequent visits outside only with retreatment inside/outside as needed.

They were on time. The guy was very professional, very thorough, took his time. I was very pleased with the results. He was very much on time which I appreciated.

Technician arrived early but called to assure that an early arrival was welcomed. Work was completed in a timely manner, and technician was knowledgeable and polite.

The technician was professional and quick while spraying inside. He also let the dog in and out on his own while working- helpful that we didn't have to worry about the dog licking the spray!

Was very pleased with the provider and the results. The reps were always polite, timely and helpful, giving me suggestions as to how to minimize pest infiltration in my home. They were pretty thorough, although will only spray inside if you aren't home (obviously), so make sure to schedule for a time someone will be home if that's a concern. I couldn't be happier with the results. I will be using them again this year, and will be adding new services.

So far, so good. No new evidence of palmetto bugs.

Young company eager to please. Convenient email and text reminders. We had some weird flying insects last year that burrowed right by our grill. They had big stingers but were just as scared of us as we were of them. Triangle made a special trip out - at no charge - and looked to see if there was anything they could do to get rid of the creatures. (There was not and they explained why and what changes we could potentially make to make this better for everyone.) They go under your house as well as in the attic and use pet friendly formulas. We have re-upped our maintenance agreement with them.

It went fine and I would recommend them to anyone.

It's ongoing. It's several times a year but the first time that they have come out, it worked out pretty well.

We had previously had a contract with a large national pest control company. They were late, unresponsive and sloppy. Typically, when they finished their service we still had visits from bugs and small critters.. The folks from TRIANGLE PEST CONTROL sent Mr. Brandon Beatty. This man is a true service professional. He arrived a few minutes early, ranging the bell and greatest me with a smile. He explained why he was here and presented a business card. He then asked if he could walk through our home to complete an examination. He donned cloth booties and went from room to room making notes. He then asked for permission to start the treatment and methodically moved from room to room explaining his every action. He finished up by applying a protective barrier around the outside of our home. He did mention that our crawl space had some moisture issues and made a reasonable recommendation to remediate that area. We will be using Triangle to install a vapor barrier in the spring. We were so pleased with them that we signed a NEW one year contract.

Technician friendly & very efficient.

I set a yearly plan with them. They have done a good job. The tech was friendly and knowledgable and I felt comfortable with them. They sprayed for ants and crickets and set mouse baits.

Scheduling service has been very quick and easy. Actual provider shows up on time and has been very professional and helpful. They have done a great job. I would certainly use again.

I called them and they told me they did not come out this far. I will look back on Angie’s List for another company closer.

this was the big deal on angies list and the rep from triangle pest control scheduled the initial treatment with me, came out on time, and sprayed. he was pleasant and there was no issue. 3 months passed, and I hadn't heard from the company to schedule another appointment, so I called to schedule. when I spoke to the representative, I inquired as to making another appointment. I was told that appointments were once every 4 months, not 3 months. I questioned this because the angies list deal specifically says "initial interior and exterior pest control treatment, THREE follow up exterior treatments, and interior treatments as requested from Triangle Pest Control". when I mentioned this, I was asked if there was a current infestation and I said no, but I had been starting to see some pests here and there and was expecting the first of 3 follow-ups. I was told they would come out if there was an active problem between sprays, but are on a 4 month schedule. This is NOT what the coupon says and what I paid for. Disappointed in the misrepresentation on the coupon. feel like I should be getting what was printed which would be one spray every 3 months (1 initial and 3 follow ups)
