Kenny was great. He found issues other contractors missed and provided a very detailed estimate. I would have gotten the fence from Town & Country. Unfortunately the HOA denied my request.

Our experience has been good from the start. Their quote was $1700 cheaper than the competition for the same products. They told us that they would start on a Wednesday. On Wednesday morning, they called us to let us know that they would have to do the work on Friday instead. They showed up on time and did all the work in less than a day. Well done job. Just a few pieces of metal were left in our yard. These guys are very professional and honest. They are good about returning calls on time. I woud highly recommend them.

The entire process went extremely well and I am satisfied with the professional staff and promptness from the initial phone call through installation. The price was very reasonable. The fence was installed within the 2 week time frame and looks great.

I called Town & Country for an estimate and they came by the next day and gave me the estimate. We decided to proceed and they scheduled the installation for 1 1/2 weeks later which I thought was very prompt. The fence was installed and we are very happy with it. They came out and did the job in a very professional manner.

The fence looks wonderful. The job was completed in one day and is exactly what we were looking for.

Town and Country did a wonderful and professional job. It looks great. They came out the Friday before Christmas with a 2 man crew, installed the fencing and measured for the gates. Came back in a week and finished the job. We couldn't be happier. The man who did the estimate was very knowledgeable and the crew was conscientious.

They were very patient as we worked out the details with our neighbor who was putting in the same style of fence. I showed Brian (Jr) a photo of the fence I wanted and they built it. Both fences were installed within a week. The workers were very professional. There was an issue with some loose panels but were fixed the next day. Brian (Sr) even researched and ordered a special lock for our gate. We have the nicest fence in the neighborhood. Everyone else is settling for the typical privacy fence with lattice top. Thanks for the customized fence!

First, fence was not installed as promised after downpaying 3000.00, had to call back several times to get scheduled. When installing the decorative fence across front porch the fence is crooked and brick damaged, the swinging driveway gates are sagging and the vinyl coating is coming off. The coating also comes off of the chain link, which I keep spray painted with vinyl paint, also had to install strips around gates (chainlink) myself as distance was too wide, had discussed this with salesman prior to installation and was led to believe installation would cover this also. When problems with driveway gate started, Contacted owner (Brian)around early part of May, and as usual was told that salesman or crew would checkout and repair when in area?? Been almost 2 months with no contact. Thought other members should be aware of this company's shortcomings when considering dealing with them. I wish I had been advised!!

I highly recommend Town and Country - they have very good prices, the fences look nice and are of good quality, very reputable company. Kenny was our sales rep and he was a pleasure to do business with.

All folks involved were polite, friendly, courteous, prompt and efficient. We felt for the quality, turnaround time, and amount of work to be done it was well priced. They also showed us some other work they had done in the neighborhood.
