Description of Work: I am providing this recommendation for Mark Davis based on his work remodeling my property in Palm Coast, Florida. I have known Mr. Davis since 2005, and consider him a man of strong integrity and commitment to doing any job well, as he has demonstrated in remodeling my home. I am more than satisfied with the finished projects, which include a beautiful new wood deck with a built in gazebo, which surrounds a hot tub which Mr. Davis installed new plumbing, motor and heater, along with the electrical wiring to the house. He customized and built a wood fence with a large gate for my backyard, and painted the interior and exterior of my home. The landscaping was further developed with a new sprinkler system, paths with an extended deck of bricks and paving stones, and created islands for new plantings, which were covered in gravel. He tiled both bathroom and closet floors and repaired damaged plumbing; he also installed new lights and ceiling fans both inside and out. In addition to that, he created and built massive shelving to house numerous large items in organizing storage areas in my garage.
