(car was trapped in garage due to busted spring) Upon arrival did a quick and thorough assessment. Gave me an estimate, I accepted and he was in and out in about an hour. Explained his work afterward, charged me what I think was a fair price. The only wayward thing was he left his jacket and I still have it..so if he wants it back(I called twice)......

Explained everything-the options,etc.

Came out the same day I called. Told me what needed to be done, fixed the problem and the garage door is working perfectly.

They were extremely prompt form the beginning to the end. Just found that they were eager to collect their payment without checking how satisfied I was with the work then, tried to get deeper into my pocket.

Diagnosed and fixed the problem. Immediate call after picking them for an estimate. Same day scheduling. Initial technician was polite and efficient. Had to have a second technician come out two days later for similar problem and I would not recommend him. The company is good and the prices are fair.

Punctual, curteous, quick service

They did great work and knocked it out quick. Pricing was good and they went above and beyond to make sure my broken door was fixed right; which, the work is backed up with a warranty. In my case they called me first thing in the morning in response to a home advisor request then were here by 10am.

We needed to have access to the house through the garage due to my husband's mobility issues. This man was able to come within a half day of my initial call, do a great job and not charge double for an urgent situation.

Showed up the same day and did the job quickly. Was very polite and left the place clean. Would definitely recommend.

Their customer service is excellent. These guys are ready to "wake you up from your bed" to be able to complete the job. They are available even on weekends and at short notice. Although it took a bit of tweaking, my garage door is working. Nick, the tech was so good.The second guy who came out was also nice and professional. I will recommend them to anyone without hesitation!!

Tom was very knowledgeable and knew right away what the problem was. He came to my home for a free consultation and ending up doing the job. I was impressed that he had everything in his truck to do it. It did not take him very long. After the installation, he explained everything to me. Very nice and polite young man.
