Got a call back from them right away. Scheduled a service appointment for the next day. The technician came out, diagnosed the issue with the garage door opener, and replaced it within 90 minutes.

They gave me a quote without actually coming to see the work… Who does that? Of course after coming they realized it was going to be more never again
