The Window Source

I greatly appreciate the entire Window Source team. The installation team, led by Mike, was super. They were professional, efficient, and thorough. Mike was very creative in solving a problem with the half-moon windows that ensured they would be watertight. Although there were a couple of issues with the overall project, those were on the window manufacturer and not the Window Source team. Chasity did a very good job of keeping me informed during the manufacturing delays. The pros are definitely the ones you want to work on your window project.

We were extremely pleased with the price and quality of the product. Communication was good throughout the process. We are very picky people and the owner and crew did every little thing we asked. The windows look great on the house and we couldn't be more pleased.

The process of signing contract, timing of installation and ease of scheduling was very easy and took very little time. The crew was on time, professional and very respectable. They cleaned up completely and finished when they said they would. They paid very close attention to detail. The owner reached out to me the next day to be sure my expectations were met. Our new windows look great and are very energy efficient. I am very happy with my experience with The Window Source.

Great Company! I was in desperate need of new windows and I was not looking forward to inviting pushy sales guys into my home. However when Greg presented what his company had to offer it was a no brainer. He was not pushy he spoke the truth about his products and what he could do for my home. I had 13 new windows and 2 doors installed and I would recommend Greg and his team time and time again. Excellent customer service from start to finish.

Windows were delivered and installed as promised. I love them and already see the savings in my utility bills. Equally as important as the windows and the installation is the after installation customer service which is fantastic. Highly recommend.

The whole process was painless and actually pleasant. Chasity walked me through the selection process and let me know my windows are guaranteed for life! When the 2 workers arrived around 7am, they were very organized, professional and polite. They were done in just a few hours. Before they left, they insured there was no mess. Chasity checked back in with me to insure everything was done to my satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone interested in getting new windows.

The whole process was excellent! From the initial phone call to set the appointment until the install The Window source kept me informed every step of the way. They were always available to take my calls and answer questions and when it was time for the install you couldn't even tell they were there! I would definitely recommend The Window Source to replace your wimdows.
