We had a mystery leak that had been inspected and repaired by numerous plumbers and a roofer. After being out of town, we arrived home just prior to Hurricane Florence and there was the nasty ceiling stain again. So my husband took the hose to the roof while I stood in the attic and sure enough, water was leaking around 3 boots. The next morning, I called every roofer I could trying to find someone to repair before the storm arrived in the Charlotte area. Everybody was already overbooked. Jullian asked for a photo and said he could get it fixed. He came that afternoon and replaced the collars and re-caulked. We put plastic and buckets in the attic just in case - but the attic stayed dry and no leak. What a relief after literally months trying to find the problem. Bravo Roof Medic!

I am very happy with not only my new roof but the customer service was A+. I received a free estimate with photos and they were happy to answer all of my questions. They sent me a contract to review prior to the new roof installation. On the day of the installation a supervisor was on site keeping me up to date, step by step, showing me before and after photos. I had a flat sunroof installed and they were able to do it in one day. They also returned shortly after the first rain to check my roof to make sure everything looked good. It has been about a month and no problems so far. If problems were to arise, they assured me that the work is covered. The entire staff was very professional and courteous. I will be sure to use them again in the future.

Amazing. Refreshing. Wish I could give this company an A++. I called and Alexis answered. She told me her techs were in training for another 45 minutes and someone would call me back as soon as that wrapped up. Dave called and said he was less than 1/2 hour away from my house and would love to swing by right away if I was available. Yes! So, from my first contact with Alexis to having Dave in my driveway was very quick. Dave took a look in my attic. Yes, we easily identified the access point. But, just to be thorough, he walked the perimeter of the house and examined the fascia, etc. and went up on the roof to make sure we were just looking at the one access point we identified from inside the attic. Yes. Turns out the fix will be so easy it doesn't really make sense to hire them. My husband can do it himself. This is one time I am actually disappointed I don't have to hire a company to do work on my house. Theses people are fabulous! The next time I have a roofing issue, I am definitely calling The Roof Medic!

The Roof Medic was able to assist me with my roofing needs. Some of my shingles were loose and they were able to repair at a fair price. My house is only 8 yrs old and they gave me honest feedback about why this was occurring. David was very professional and polite. I am 100% satisfied with the quality of the service that I received. To begin, this review pertains to the third property that The Roof Medic has reroofed for us. That’s how pleased we are with their service. I am a customer to whom punctuality, courtesy, quality of work, and attention to detail are extremely important. I have only accolades to convey regarding my experience. The company owner handled everything for us, including assessing our hail damage and coordinating with our insurance company in all aspects. He provided both job references to us and references for craftspeople to handle our fascia damage. What a relief! Given the weather constraints (four seasons in 10 days!), their office manager was challenged with the project scheduling, but kept me informed every step of the way and they jumped on the job at the very first opportunity. The job went very smoothly. The crew was polite, professional, and kept my property CLEAN! Two and half days later, I have a beautiful new roof, fresh gutters, and no worries. The Roof Medic is the most excellent group of people I have ever worked with. Their integrity and honesty is beyond anything I have experienced. They did an excellent job. Everyone was very professional, polite and considerate. They took the time to answer any questions and to help with the color selection. We have received numerous compliments on our house.

Jordon inspected thoroughly, took pictures of the area where the first company said there was evidence of squirrels. Jordon took time to explain what squirrels would do in an attic nesting space and showed photos from other homes of what to look for. He said there were no tell-tale markings from squirrels in my attic and the droppings were actually from mice. Therefore, he concluded we did not need to install flashing all around the house. Jordan's inspection was free and his honesty and assessment prevented me from wasting thousands of dollars on unnecessary work. While here, he also checked my roof for potential hail damage and said it was in good shape. That was also a free service. Jordan is super professional and polite.

You could tell that Jordan really takes pride in his work and loves what he does. As a woman homeowner, I often get patronized by folks that come out to the house to do repairs and it's frustrating, but not with The Roof Medic. He was professional, highly-intelligent, respectful, extremely trustworthy, ethical, very patient and extended his expertise to me by educating me on the issue - reviewing each repair to be made. Jordan went above and beyond and even e-mailed me a detailed assessment including pictures of problematic areas to share with the buyers. I didn't have the time that day to really oversee the repairs as I often do as a curious homeowner and with Jordan, you don't have to. He offered immediate solutions, was a pleasure to work with, and was very knowledgeable in all things roof related. Just wanted to give a big shoutout to The Roof Medic! Jordan, the owner and Julian were awesome to work with. They made the process so much easier than if I had to handle the insurance company. They were VERY knowledgeable of how the insurance company handles the claims. They made the claim for me and worked with them until the end. They met with the insurance adjuster to point out everything and worked towards getting me a new roof! Very professional and friendly. They put a top notch roof on and their roofers cleaned up afterwards. Didn't find one nail! Others in the neighborhood loved Jordan as well and all felt he was trustworthy and very knowledgeable. I'm in the process of purchasing an investment property and have already called Jordan to assist me with replacing the roof!

After I noticed several neighbors getting their roofs replaced I reached out to the gentleman that had been assisting them. The Roof Medic promptly inspected my home and informed us that we had hail damage and that he was confident he could help us get our insurance to pay for a new roof. He provided us with ample information that made us feel comfortable moving forward and even helped us file our claim. When our insurance company finally came out they informed us they did not see any hail damage, which confused us as Jordan cox had provided us with multiple pictures showing damage. Nevertheless, Jordan was confident that the damage was real and consistent with the last few storms we had. Jordan helped us contact the adjusters supervisor and ultimately his manager and got us another inspection and got the entire roof paid for. His persistence, patience and professionalism were second to none and without him I know our insurance company would not have paid for our damaged roof. It gives me great pleasure for the opportunity to summit this 5 star review, outlining the excellent job of my roof and gutter replacement performed by The Roof Medic. My story starts with a very difficult approval process I had to go through for hail damage with my insurance company. It took three inspections to obtain the final approval, and it would not have been possible without the unbelievable credibility and determination from the owner of The Roof Medic, Jordan Cox. Jordan was very meticulous in records documenting the merits of my claim. The problem with the first two inspections was that the insurance adjuster would not personally inspect the damaged areas on my roof, rather they relied and a third-party contractor to provide the information to make the determination. After the second rejection, Jordan and I were convinced that if the insurance companies inspector could just see the damage, the outcome would be different….and so it was after the third inspection. A comment was made by that inspector; questioning why the roof was not approved the first time. I can’t say enough about how professional and detailed Jordan was in presenting my claim to the insurance company and without his great work I would not have been approved. The workmanship and speed of the install was equally as impressive. From start to finish The Roof Medic had a supervisor on site at all times keeping me fully informed. There were absolutely no disappointments, because they did a fantastic job managing my expectations. After the job was completed they took great care in cleaning all the debris from my yard and flowerbeds. If anyone is looking a great roofing company The Roof Medic is as far as you need to go. We had extensive damage done to our roof due to a hail storm and we started experiencing leaks due to it. We called The Roof Medic and Jordan (The Owner of the Company) came by the next day and looked at my roof, saw the damage that was done due to hail damage, pulled up the weather report of when the hail came by my neighborhood and helped me file my claim with my insurance company, a week later when my insurance inspector came by to look at the roof Jordan was there and showed the inspector the damage. After another week my insurance had sent me a check covering the replacement of my roof and gutter. Jordan scheduled me 2 days later and helped me choose the right color shingles and gutters that went really well with the color of the house. The roof and gutters were installed within two days, they replaced the rotten wood, cleaned up after themselves and I couldn't be happier. Jordan was there throughout each process helping me and directing me on what I need to do next. Bottom line is any roof company can come by and give you a quote but with The Roof Medic I have received exceptional service, they helped me through each process from getting me the weather report, helping me file my claim, meeting with my insurance inspector, helped me decide on the right color shingles and gutters and lastly installed/replaced my roof and gutters and did a great job throughout, my roof and gutters look great and their are no more leaks when it rains. I can't thank Jordan and his team enough for helping me with everything. I would highly recommend The Roof Medic to anyone needing roof repairs or replacement.
