Jordan Cox, the owner of Roof Medic, installed a roof for me a few years ago. He went above and beyond the call of duty to not only do a wonderful job but he also helped navigate and coordinate with my insurance company. Recently, a tree fell on my house during a storm and ruined some gutters. I immediately called him and he came out in a timely manner to ascertain the damage and provide an estimate the same day. Jordan can be counted on to be not only knowledgeable, but attentive, personable and absolutely trustworthy!

This was my first time using this company and I am very pleased that they were the first company I called when I noticed that my roof was leaking. Bryon was the service representative that came out and inspected our roof, and he was very thorough, pleasant and very detailed when he explained the pictures he took of our roof and the process of submitting the claim to the insurance company. He even came out and spoke to the insurance company on our behalf to submit the initial claim, and he came out and inspected the roof again with the insurance adjuster. Any questions that we had during the process, Bryon was their to answer. He represented the company well. This was my first insurance claim and I was very happy that I had Bryon and the rest of the Roof Medic staff to assist me, and to make the insurance claim process easy. Roof Medic really did the majority of the work with the insurance company to make sure that my roof was paid for in full. The day of the roof installation the roofers came out bright and early, and completed the roof without any problems. They took plenty of pictures throughout the installation process and made certain that I walked the property with them after the installation was complete. Roof Medic really made this process effortless. Thank you for being such a great company, and I wish you many more years of success.

The word that comes to mind when I write about Roof Medic is impressive. From the first experience with the sales person, Bryon Morris, to when the last ladder was placed on the truck and they were done, I was very impressed. When we were going through this process, I thought all roofing companies were the same. I found out real fast that was terribly mistaken. My wife and I both had selected a roofing company. My wife had selected Roof Medic and I chose another company and we had them both come on the same day and it was no contest. Bryon was on time, professional, not at all pushy and he really knew his product. He first got on the roof and then he got his drone out and got the pictures that confirmed we had the wind damage. When the company I chose, showed up 10 minutes late, without a ladder and smelling of some kind of herb, I knew Roof Medic was getting our business. The process was smooth. Bryon was there when our adjustor came and pointed out the damaged areas and the adjustor got on the bottom rung of the ladder and said, “Ok, I’ll cut the check”. When the date was set, Bryon said that Dave Montroy and his crew would be there at 7 am. I was very impressed to see they were in my driveway at 6:45am. The crew got right to work and they were like a swarm of bees. They were on all different areas of the house and they had the entire house de-shingled in less than 2 hours. There was some miscommunication with repairing wood rot, between Dave and Bryon due to our house getting moved up a few weeks due someone cancelling but Roof Medic made it right. I was able to talk Dave early in the morning and he was upfront with what they were going to do to fix the repairs and made me feel comfortable when he told me about his guys’ experiences. The crew was amazing. They only stopped to eat and once they finished their section they moved to help out in other areas. I was most impressed when they were finished. I went around the house to find debris and I was unable to locate a single nail or wrapper. They had everything looking as good as it was before they came. I’ve already recommended Roof Medic to a neighbor and to a co-worker and I would strongly recommend them to whomever is looking. 5 stars from this home owner.

They went above and beyond my expectations.They showed up on time, finished the job when they said they would. They were fast and cleaned up when they were finished. I was very pleased with my roof replacement performed by Roof Medic. The entire process, from the consultation and scheduling to the completed project, done in one day as promised was flawless. The whole team led by Jordan Cox, the owner, Dave Montroy, the onsite production manager, and Alexis in the office was outstanding and a pleasure to deal with. They do everything possible to make sure you totally understand every aspect of the job and keep you informed throughout. A very professional organization and team. I could not be more pleased with my new roof and service received. The quality of the product, workmanship and the warranty were excellent. I highly recommend this company.

Look no further; this company is outstanding! I recommend them without hesitation. When I discovered a small leak in my roof, I was very concerned after hearing stories of untrustworthy roofers. I usually do home repair work myself, but this was beyond my abilities. I like to support local businesses, especially those with a connection to the services, and the reviews looked strong. From day one Roof Medic earned my trust and exceeded my expectations! Bryon was my service representative, and did an absolutely professional job in not only resolving an immediate leak but also identifying other storm damage that would have led to bigger issues. He walked me through the process, provided a detailed inspection, and coordinated with my Amica insurance adjuster to ensure their inspection and estimate was fair and complete. The thoroughness and attention to detail make the entire process far simpler and hassle-free than I ever imagined, with no surprises! Bryon was available anytime to accommodate my work schedule. He understood my concerns about protecting my landscaping (the lawn was really soft after so much rain and I didn’t want it torn to mud). Alexis did a great job with the office paperwork to get my insurance company everything they needed, and promptly scheduling the work. The day of the roof repair went like clockwork. Dave was the production manager, and showed up exactly at the time he said, leading the charge with the materials delivery, equipment, and work crew. Before the sun even came up the team had protected all my landscaping and were ready to go. Dave & Bryon kept me updated as needed throughout the process. I work from home, so I saw firsthand the strong work ethic of the whole crew and the pride they take in their profession. They worked from sunup to sundown, with only a break for lunch, and I was amazed at how well-coordinated and efficiently they worked as a team. This was a large job that spanned two days, and I was impressed that they left the site clean and prepped at the end of day one versus just stopping in the middle. They did an outstanding, high quality job. At the end my home was left as clean as when it started – I haven’t found a single stray nail! The roof looks great and I have received many compliments on it. I never had the need to meet with Jordan, the owner, as his team executed the entire process flawlessly. It’s great to work with a company that clearly values service, quality, honesty, and customer relationships. I’d recommend Roof Medic for any job.

Roof Medic Team: I just wanted to let you guys know how great your service was and how great it was to find a trustworthy company to work on my home. I had never filed a claim with my insurer and I was not sure what the process was or how I would get my roof fixed. Your company came recommended from a co-worker and I’m really glad I called you guys. From the moment I called the customer service was 5-Star all the way. Bryon was my service rep and he represented your brand to the highest every time he came by. He initially came out and checked my roof, attic, ceilings, etc. and then he came back the very next day and met with my insurance adjuster to ensure I got a fair review. Once approved, he took the time to go over several samples, colors, and options available to me. He’s a friend now and he’s welcome to stop by anytime lol. Dave was my on-site rep the day of the roof installation and he and his team showed up on time ready to go to work. When I got home I had a new roof, my driveway was clear and there was not a nail in sight. They did an awesome job. He notified me as needed throughout the day of their progress and I didn’t have a thing to worry about. Lastly, Alexis was the voice over the phone that called me and provided updates and confirmations throughout my service. I really appreciated how she stayed on top of everything. It helped confirm that I had chosen a great company. Jordan, I never got to meet you officially, but as a prior serviceman I can say that you have surrounded yourself by a good team and we both know that that’s what needed to accomplish any mission. This company is all about customer satisfaction. I called with a potential roof leak and they visited the very next day. Bryon inspected both the identified problem AND while he was here, he did an all over roof inspection, inside and outside of the house to make sure that there were no future problems waiting to surprise us. Positive, Professional, Personable and Polite. Did I mention that he came out to check a second time and it was on a SUNDAY? We were so pleased. If we ever have an issue with our roof, Roof Medic will be our first call.

The roof replacement was professionally handled from start to finish. Roof Medic responded immediately and helped us with all aspects of the job from the selection of the materials, to the installation and cleanup of the landscape. They were especially good with the insurance company. We highly recommended their services.

Everything starts and stops with Alexis in the office who took care of the contact with the insurance company and secured extra money for some code items that my insurance would pay for but didn't mention. Alexis kept us updated via email and phone so that we were included every step of the way when dealing with the insurance company. Jordan came out to evaluate the work and was very professional start to finish. The work was on one of our buildings on our property where the roof was wind damaged from a storm. We also received a competitive price for gutters and guards for both buildings and has them replaced on both buildings. We are very pleased with the final product and would recommend them to anyone. Good work, good price and good people.

After the second hurricane of the season, we found a leak upstairs and I started calling roofers from Angies List. They were all understandably overwhelmed, but no one was able to even give me a ballpark time when they'd be able to come out and give a look to our issue, let alone be cordial on the phone! As soon as Alexis from Roof Medic answered, she was obviously busy, but didn't let it impact customer service at all. Jordan squeezed us in within a day or 2, gave a VERY detailed inspection (with pics and videos he sent to my phone to have) to the whole roof, not just the trouble spot, and we had a detailed estimate a day later. The work was done excellently, in quick fashion, and with great people on the whole team! Would call them again in a heartbeat!

They were quick to respond to my initial call for a quote and gave a detailed itemization of the work needed to complete the repair. Jordan Cox from Roof Medic is an honest, knowledgeable, hard working roofing professional which is somewhat rare to find these days. Roof Medic helped us through a difficult insurance claim process and made the entire process easy. We would have never gotten my insurance company to pay our claim without the guidance of Roof Medic. For details, read below: Jordan from Roof Medic inspected our roof and found extensive hail and wind damage sufficient enough to warrant an insurance claim for full replacement. However, our insurance company required some convincing. Our insurance company initially denied the claim and Roof Medic instructed us on what our next course of action should be which was to ask for a 2nd evaluation. The 2nd evaluation was only slightly more productive, so Roof Medic advised us to ask for a 3rd inspection. When our insurance company refused to conduct a 3rd inspection, Roof Medic advised us of an independent special report that would put an end to the denials of our claim. It worked immediately and our insurance company paid not only the claim for full replacement, but they also covered the cost associated with the special report. Again, we would have never gotten our insurance company to pay the claim without the guidance of Jordan at Roof Medic which saved us over $23,000. As soon as our insurance company told us they were processing the claim for full replacement Jordan helped us pick shingle type and color, then secured the work schedule. The work was completely quickly (finished in 2 days), and we have received several compliments from our admiring neighbors. I have been through a roof replacement at my previous home, and Roof Medic is the best in my experience. JW

Like others I'm sure, we had a leak in our roof from the storm remnants of hurricane Florence. Called Roof Medic suspecting that it might be days at least before they would be able to come out considering how busy all roofers probably were during that time attending to people and homes that had bigger problems than we did. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that Julian could come late in the afternoon (after a long day for him already). He spent considerable time evaluating the problem but did not find any certain place that the water might be entering the attic area. Since our house was relatively new construction he suggested that I contact our builder who would be more familiar with the construction of the house. I was very grateful for his work and advice and I offered (as I expected) to pay for his time. Since no actual repair was made he did not charge anything. Kind of amazing in this day and age. Very professional and says a lot about him and Roof Medic as a company.
