The Roof Medic

My roof appeared to have some damage after a hail storm. I found The Roof Medic via Angie's List. I reached out to several companies and was happy with my interaction with the office staff. Josh contacted me soon afterwards. He handled roof inspection, coordination with my insurance company and kept me informed through out the process. Dave coordinated the build date and did a wonderful job scheduling the job. The roofers did a wonderful job. Thank you, Roof Medic, for a great experience.

I have only great things to say about Jake Allen and the entire team at The Roof Medic. They worked with my insurance company to do a complete roof replacement from storm damage. The quality of workmanship is fantastic. I had them upgrade some low pitch areas of the roof to a metal standing seam and the attention to detail in the metal to shingle transitions and flashing really shows. I could not be more pleased. The roof looks beautiful. From the very first inspection Jake was extremely professional and took the time to explain any questions I had. He made a point to meet with the insurance adjuster and inspection company on my behalf. It really is important to have someone be an advocate for the homeowner during the inspection. It seems the adjustment process went smoothly as both Jake and the adjuster came to the same conclusion that the roof needed a complete replacement from hail damage. Scheduling the replacement did take some time but Jake was very upfront about that from the very beginning. The Roof Medic team is in high demand with all the construction going on in the Charlotte area. There were also some weather delays, but once again everyone was very forthcoming about that possibility before it happened. They did manage to sneak in my roof during about a three-day window where it finally stopped raining. Dave the production manager called me every morning to let me know what their plans were to get me taken care of in between weather patterns. I really do recommend giving Jake, Dave and The Roof Medic team a call. The difference in professionalism is quite noticeable and it is obvious they care about what they do.

I had a leak on my roof. I met with Josh of Roof Medic, who showed up when he said he would and on time. He went on the roof to inspect it. He determined that there was a soft spot that needed repair. He did a great job explaining all that they would do to repair it. He was attentive and answered all my questions. They did a great job and provided pictures of the process so I could see what was actually done. I have already hired them to do another job on another house I own.

Highly recommend Jordan and The Roof Medic! I came across The Roof Medic from online reviews such as this one when searching for a roofing company to repair/replace my rooftop membrane. Unfortunately I had a significant leak caused by a tropical storm while the repairs were being done, which caused significant interior damage to my home. Jordan, the owner of The Roof Medic, not only repaired my roof quickly and beautifully, he also helped me immensely by working with my home owners insurance company to resolve my claim for the interior damage. Jordan provided his knowledge and expertise in the form of advice in what verbiage to use when speaking with my insurance claims rep. He also came to my home to be present for the inspection to point out each small and large are of damage to make sure the insurance rep would cover the costs of a full repair. He was able to turn an $800 reimbursement into a $11,000 reimbursement, which allowed me to have my home repaired in full and back to its original condition. I can’t sing his praises enough!

A tree limb from storm fell on my roof. Insurance would cover the whole bottom half of my roof. Insurance stated no other damages was seen. Josh from Roof Medic inspected my roof and found more damages and stated the insurance company should cover for the entire roof. Roof Medic file with my insurance company to have entire roof repair. I am so grateful to Josh and the entire team at Roof Medic for watching my back. i don't have any knowledge about roof. i had no idea the extent of my damages or what to even look for. It's really comforting to know Roof Medic had my back. The whole experience from beginning to the completion of my roof was nothing less than superior. Scheduling, rescheduling and cancelling with Megan in the office was easy. Josh got my roof covered by insurance when I didn't know any better. The team who came out to repair my roof work furiously to get it completed and even took time to help my crippled dog up the steps. With each process I was always kept update from scheduling, who to expect to arrive, arrival time, delays in arrival, shipment delays, etc... I would 100% percent recommend Roof Medic to anyone needing roof repair.

I would highly recommend this company. There was excellent communication at all times. The crew were roof ninjas. They got the work done quickly and got every thing cleaned up. We love our new roof.

Julian from Roof Medic came out today and checked out a roof leak that I had. A nicer guy you will never meet. He inspected the roof and found that it was in good shape, except for one shingle that had come loose and caused the leak. He repaired the shingle and did not charge me for the inspection or repair. Roof Medic is a very honest and reputable company. In the future, I will always call roof Medic

Jordan, owner of Roof Medic, might be the most polite, respectful, and honest person I have met. He handled everything from start to finish while being careful to thoroughly explain the process and answer all of my questions. The crew was quick and courteous and did an excellent job! We have been in our house for 19 years and knew that the roof was nearing the end of its life. We called Roof Medic to get an estimate on replacing the roof. The inspection was scheduled with Josh. Josh inspected our roof and informed us that we had some hail damage. He suggested that we contact our insurance company and that he would be there when the insurance company did their inspection. We had been told a few years before that we had damage, however, the previous company did not go on the roof with the insurance company and go over the damage, so the previous claim was denied. Josh went over the roof with the inspector and the insurance company agreed to pay for half of the roof replacement. We then had the roof replacement scheduled with the production manager Tony. Tony and his crew showed up on time and did a professional job. Once the replacement was completed they thoroughly cleaned up the work area. Josh then did a walk around with us to make sure we were satisfied which we are. Overall I would recommend Roof Medic for any roofing need you may have. They are professional from start to finish.

The materials and workers arrived on time at 7am. They worked throughout the day until 7:30 pm. They cleaned up perfectly and debris was carted away. All nails were retrieved using a magnetic machine. People from the company showed up at different times to make sure everything was going smooth. This is a great company. I recommend them highly.

The Roof Medics were professional and very courteous in handling the work, We were always advised as to the timing and any impact on the household through all stages. When weather or supplies affected any timing, they were quick to keep us up to date. The work was skillfully handled and the inspection of the work was thorough and addressed any concerns / issues that we wanted handled to our full satisfaction, We love the way our new roof looks and we would use them for any such work in the future and highly recommend them. It was definite that they care about the quality of their service and how they handle their customers.

Great company. They actually identified the problems, with my permission filed the claim with my insurance company, actively participated in the insurance company inspection (pointing out issues that their "expert" missed). When the estimate came out The Roof Medic found numerous errors which were required by code and worked with the insurance company to get their assessment corrected. The work performed is excellent, the roof looks great. The crew was polite and professional, the clean up very thorough. Justin, Byron and Dave have been great to work with and I would not hesitate to hire them again.

From start to finish Bryon was a first class professional in the whole process. He was very easy to communicate with and even went above and beyond to meet with my insurance company in my absence. The final product was very professionally done and looks great, I will definitely be calling this company in the future.

I recently had my roof replaced by Roof Medic and they were incredible. Bryon was helpful and spent time explaining what had to be done, and how to get the right parts to do what's best for the house. And a 25 year guarantee! The work was completed in a single day, and everything was cleaned up so my dogs could go back outside without having to worry about them stepping on any nails. Highly recommend Roof Medic.

The Roof Medic has been a dream to work with from the start to finish. I had never had to deal with roof issues until we discovered a leak in multiple locations in our house. All of the other roofers that we dealt with were unhelpful and barely took the time to even look at our roof as they just wanted to file a claim with insurance and be done with it. However, from the first time we had Bryon come out we could tell that we had actually got someone who cared. They helped us identify what caused the damage, educated us on the damage and even helped us submit the issues to Insurance. This really was key to the experience - knowing that someone was there to help you and wasn't just there for the money. The actual roof repair went quickly and I was truly amazed at how at the end of day there was absolutely no sign (minus a beautiful roof of course) that they had been there. Such quality work from this group and just good people. Bryon was extremely helpful and treated us more like a friend he was helping then a roof client. He gave us so much roof knowledge we like to now point out roofs when we drive around! You can't go wrong with using The Roof Medic - there is no one else that can help you better when it comes to roof issues.
