We are first time homebuyers who had been living in a rental in Highland Creek for several years. During that time we would see the Ramsey Group's for sale signs around the neighborhood and it seemed like they sold houses pretty quickly. When the market was right we decided to purchase. One of the options we were considering was new construction. When we were ready to sign a contract I thought "maybe I should have a buyer's agent, just in case." I called Lisa on a Saturday morning and she agreed to be our buyers' agent. She actually made time that same day to come with us for the contract signing! Yes, I certainly should have planned ahead and I don't recommend calling anyone at the last minute - but I am so glad Lisa was available. The story doesn't end there. Over the next 10 months Lisa ended up being a true MVP! When decided not to go through with the new construction, Lisa was able to guide us through what could have been a really ugly process. She was always professional, informative, realistic, and 100% on top of things. I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to have a buyer's agent and to have one who really knows what she is doing. We ultimately found a home in Harrisburg that turned out to be the perfect fit for us. Lisa was with us every step of the way, through offer, negotiations, due diligence, etc. all the way to closing. Lisa was always my advocate and always looked out for my best interests. If you are buying a home in the Charlotte, NC you will not find a better agent than Lisa Ramsey. She will help you, support you, and even cheer you up when you think you will never find the perfect house. There are a lot of agents out there - Lisa is the BEST OF THE BEST.
