Description of Work: While we did not move forward with Brian due to (my family's) scheduling conflicts, he was very professional and detailed with his estimates and punctual on all of our appointments and calls. We have more remodeling coming in the future and I hope he's available for our next project. Would recommend based on his knowledge, enthusiasm and attention to detail we experienced.

 + 6 moreUnfortunately, I am severely "design challenged" (i.e. unable to choose a color scheme, materials, etc). I knew that I required the services of an individual that could "read my mind" and envision a new "face lift" for my outdated home. My realtor referred me to Brian Novak of The Novak Group for the major renovation of my property. I emphasized that I wanted a General Contractor that could manage the entire project with minimal input from the homeowner. In addition, I needed to keep the total cost at a reasonable amount. Brian Novak exceeded my expectations regarding all of those criteria. During the initial consultation, Brian listened very closely to my comments regarding the likes/dislikes that I had regarding my home. This was my first renovation project and I had a multitude of questions. Brian promptly responded to all inquiries either by email or phone within 24 hours. In addition, I received frequent updates regarding the progress of the project on a weekly basis. I was very pleased that the work site was always clean and organized. For example, any construction debris was removed on a daily basis. Tools and other machinery were stored in empty areas so that the items did not impede anyone from entering the property. My home is now the "showplace" that I had always hoped it would become one day. I have received numerous compliments about my home from friends, neighbors and co-workers. I will definitely use The Novak Group again for future projects. Moreover, I highly recommend this company for your next project.

Description of Work: TNG did a great estimate for my hail- damaged roof. I had several companies come out to look and do estimates but TNG was the most honest and fair price for what they were offering and walked me through the process of the other quotes I was given. I also asked them to suggest other items that would update and make my house look it's best. Because of their professionalism and service, I added my shutters, deck and more roof repairs to the job. I was completely satisfied and would use them again as well as recommend them to anyone wanting a great contractor!
