This company was very responsive and prompt! Our yard was infested with mosquitoes-- to the point where I got ~50 mosquito bites in one day-- and after the second treatment from Mosquito Authority, I didn't get a single bite! Their customer service is great and their service is guaranteed.

The overall experience has been fantastic. They are very personable and they send me and email telling me when they are going to come here. They leave a card that they have been here and they leave it on my back door. Everyone else leave it on the front so people can tell you are not here. They send me emails each month about the weather and how that will affect the mosquito and other service they offer. The guys that run the company have a really great personality. We use them half way through the mosquito season last year and I thought no way. I would be in my back yard for 10 minutes and I would be covered with 15 mosquito bites and my little daughter is allergic. After one treatment we could go out and enjoy our back yard. We have a lot of woods in our back yard and I was amazed how well the treatment worked. If you have a problem in between treatment they will come back and treat it at no charge.

I have a tough lawn to treat since my neighbors do not care for their back yard and it is perfect for mosquito breeding. None the less, MA came out treated, when we were bit.... they came out and retreated the next day. The team is super responsive. They respond almost immediately by email as well!! Each time they have treated they have had to come and retreat.... they have not complained once! Just give me a call, email they are on their way, retreat, and then follow with an email and door note they were here!! GREAT group and committed to customer satisfaction. I gave a B on price only because it was more cost effective to buy the three treatment pack than just the one event spray. We are not at home a lot in the summer so it seems expensive to me. None the less, the back yard wouldn't be usable if we had not sprayed!

Mosquito Authority both called an emailed the day before the spray occurred. They came when they said they would be there and left a note on our back door to let us know they had been there. We noticed a significant reduction in mosquitos that very night (we live near a pond which makes our yard prone to mosquitos). We are looking forward to another mosquito-free summer!

Need last minute yard treatment for party on Saturday night. Called on Thursday, got a return call saying they could spray on Saturday. Worked great. Not a mosquito bite at the party that night. Very responsive.

Let me start off by stating that I did not use the Mosquito Authority nor did I even contact them so this is not a review on their actual services. When going to their website, a very nasty virus was installed on my PC and is the reason for the bad review. I understand that this might be out of the control of the Mosquito Authority but wanted to warn others until they are able to fix it. I will update/delete this review if I can get an explanation from them as to how it happened and confirmation that it has been fixed.

I've only had 3 applications and it seems to be working. From May to October, it's only $550, but, they come out every 3 weeks during that time, so, I don't know how much it is for each application. They email me when they're coming and they always show up when they they say they are coming. So far, I think the price is fair, I haven't compared prices, and I think it's fair. The quality is okay so far.

They are prompt, have great customer communication, and were able to price their service competitive with other companies. I remember checking into a few companies before hiring these guys, but I am very happy and just renewed for 2012. I have an acre of which half is wooded and we get a ton of mosquitoes and this regular treatment really does significantly reduce the mosquitoes. I dont know if you can ever kill all of those bugs, but getting bit became a very rare event once these guys.Also, they advertise that the sooner you start service (ie in early spring vs. May) the more effective it is for the entire season, so I was pretty happy with the results given the fact we started our service last year in the middle of the biting season instead of early spring as recommended.

I priced multiple mosquito spray services and found that the Mosquito Authority came in slightly under the two other companies that quoted. In addition, they provided the quote the same day I requested it and offered a free trial spray. This was not the case with the other two companies (one being a general exterminator and the other being a mosquito specialist). I picked Mosquito Authority based on their responsiveness, price and professional attitude of their staff. We chose a package that covered us for the summer months but wasn't associated with a specific number of sprays - this worked out VERY well for us since there were a few times we received sprays more frequently than scheduled. The service was great. There were a couple of times that I spotted mosquitoes between sprays (typically after a big rain) and the team was out to spray that day to resolve the problem, all I had to do was send them an email. There were also times when I was having guests over and wanted to make sure my yard would be OK, I would let the team know and they would adjust their schedule to meet my needs. I was also very specific about what I wanted sprayed (no fruit trees or vegetable plans) and the team was always very careful about avoiding those areas. They were also very thorough at walking my yard and looking for areas that might attract mosquito and either pointed these out or fixed it for me. The team always shows up in a branded truck with clean, professional uniforms and are very polite. I barely even notice they are here because they work so quickly. I would and do recommend Mosquito Authority to anyone who is willing to listen!
