Description of Work: Wanted a lamp repaired. Checked comments on Angie's list and cost seemed reasonable. Drove from North of Charlotte to Lamp shop 25 miles. Cost estimate was three times what was indicated on Angie's list. Did not have repairs done. Went somewhere else and work was done for 1/4 of cost.

Description of Work: The switch on the lamp I brought in was broken and they fixed it while I waited! The repair was very inexpensive and I purchased two very reasonable lamp shades. I was in and out of there very fast and that only happens with a place with quality customer service!!!
