The Grout Medic and crew did an extremely well job of repairing damage in and around the shower of the master bathroom. Jimmy and crew were also very helpful in many other ways and very knowledgeable and skilled in knowing their stuff. Would have them back again in-a-minute for another project. they truly do what they say they will do. Kudos go out to Jose and Ryan, thanks guys!

If you have a need for tile/grout repair and/or cleaning, these are the guys to use! Jimmy Wilkins came out and did a detailed quote for a very large project at our home including all the bathrooms, the kitchen, the laundry room, and the foyer. He made sure to break it into three parts so we were never without a bathroom to use (Monday - Thursday - Monday). He was very knowledgeable and helpful, and it was easy to access the quote and to schedule the work. It is evident that he cares about the work his company does by the people he hires and by the time he spends with you. Chris and Ryan came for all three days, which I appreciated. For each project, they showed up on time, they stayed to work the entire day, and they made sure I was happy with the work they completed. They were very professional, they cleaned up, they paid special attention to the problem areas, and they were respectful of my time, my home, and my family. It was evident that they cared about doing a good job and fixing problem areas and not just making it look good on the surface to make a quick buck. It was truly a pleasure to work with these guys, and I would totally use them again in the future.

Ryan initially did an acceptable job with the overall master shower job. The problem - I requested a change in grout color along the outside of the shower area along the floor as it dried to a poor match with the original tile floor grout color . I was promised that he would come back to complete this simple adjustment using a different grout color. Simple fix! After many attempts to contact him, he has failed to call or text me back. He has totally blown this off! This is unprofessional and unacceptable. Don't disrespect customers by making empty promises. I am very disappointed with him personally and I will not use Grout Medic or recommend the company to individuals.

Jimmy did a phenomenal job! He is meticulous and didn't stop working until everything was perfect. Our bathroom looks brand new! Amazing!

The technician was very professional and pleasant. The job was small, but he clearly took his work seriously and explained every detail to me as if it were a very important, major repair.

We had our shower tile regrouted and caulked. Ryan was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He even patched a hole in one tile that couldn't be fixed and it is now barely noticeable. Entire bathroom floor was covered and kept clean while he worked. Great company to deal with in all aspects. Very competitive pricing, great communication, excellent work. Will definitely use them again for any further projects.

We decided to have our Master Bathroom shower grout refinished, and some grout work done around tub as well as repair of one tile near shower. James was prompt in coming out for the quote, walked us through the quote and the process and promptly sent official quote we could review, accept and set an appointment from. For the actual working appointment, he was prompt, courteous and respectful of our home. He was very efficient on this nearly day long job, did an amazing job, cleaned up to where one couldn't tell anyone had been in our home, and provided great care information and suggestions before leaving. All around a grea experience and a job well done...highly reccomend James and Grout Medic.

James did a great job of reviewing the options with me and picking a caulk that matched perfectly in both my kitchen and my master bath shower which he also recaulked as part of the job.

Ryan cleaned our existing grout and also fixed some grouting that was coming up and he did an excellent job! We are extremely pleased and will definitely keep his number for the future.

He showed up on time and was done ahead of time. The tub and shower both look great and he cleaned up all of the mess and left a better looking then when he arrived. I'm very happy with his services and would hire him again.

He came to our house and gave an estimate and fully explained what he would do. He then gave an excellent bill following the work. Very fast scheduling, quote provided Friday and the work was completed Monday. The repair person, Ryan, was very professional, efficient and ensured I was happy with the work prior to requesting payment. The grout repair looks fantastic, very clean lines - no way could we have done this ourselves. The cost was very fair.

Spectacular!!! James was beyond professional and went far beyond what anyone else would do. To say that our tub was bad is an understatement. The before pictures do not do it justice. When beginning the project an unforeseen issue came up which prevented our tub from being repaired with normal re grouting methods. James alerted us to some water damage/flooring issues that were causing our tub to sink creating a larger gap between tub and shower walls than had been previously thought. This had been hidden by previous taping/caulking attempts. He informed us that the gap was too large and provided us several options on the spot for getting us by until the floor problems could be resolved. He also provided us the name of a colleague that could help. Due to the complication James and his assistant had to make a special trip to the store for additional supplies. The final results were amazing. Again, the below pictures do no do it justice. I would absolutely hire him again and strongly recommend him to anyone needing these services.

Shower is quite large. It looks new and that is pretty good for 4 inch square white tiles. Work completed in one day, long day, still one day. Time period was estimated spot on. Of all options we considered this was definitely worth the money, Left bathroom the clean the same as he found it.

Amazingly well. James came to the estimate, looked at the tile flooring, went under the house to ensure no leakage was evident, and proffered an estimate on the spot. When he returned to work on the floor, he placed shoe protectors on to keep our floors clean, went straight to work, and completed the work in an efficient manner. James also worked on some wall tile at no extra expense. Should we have tile re-working needed, James is the person we will call.
