 + -1 moreJill did a great job repairing my computer. It runs better than it did before! I was worried I'd have to replace it. I had never had problems with it before. She stripped the hard drive and reinstalled the factory installation CDs that came with the computer. Thanks to the reasonable fee and service from Jill, I have my computer back in excellent condition.
Description of Work: Problems with internet programs/services and desktop on a six year old personal computer.

 + -1 moreJill was quick to respond to my initial call for service and prompt in calling to report the status of hardware that I needed. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I was delighted to learn she worked several years in the IT dept of a large company. Her rates are very reasonable and she lets you know how much parts will cost before she orders them. Service was excellent and my problem was resolved very quickly. I highly recommend her!
Description of Work: Jill came out to the house and assessed the reason for the noise coming from my CPU. She determined I would need a new fan so would need to purchase one and return to install it. Within just a couple of days she called back to arrange a time to install the new fan. Everything works perfectly now.
