The Almetal Dryer Vent

Ray was on time and professional installed a new dryer vent to replace our 20 plus year old vent. Dryer works great now. I would recommend him.

Great. Promised that they would be able to fix my problem, and did. Another company tried several time and failed each time. Vent in townhome was not constructed correctly and became clogged after a few years of use. Call a dryer vent cleaning service and they tried several times to correct the problem without success. Almetal Dryer Vent, came out and provided a solution. Problem fixed.

He really knew everything about what he was doing. He was really knowledgable and gave me a really good price. He was one of the best people I've had. He did a really thorough job.

They came and did what they suppose to do.

He is kind of an all-around handyman but is particularly good with ductworks and helping you change out appliances. His pricing was reasonable and he does quality work. I will use him again in the future.

Everything went great. Ray is very professional and easy to work with. Drying time has been cut in half. Thus the electricity savings will quickly pay for the install costs. Also - the piece of mind that a possible fire hazard has been removed is great as well. I highly recommend Ray and his services.

The entire project went great, from Ray's initial review and estimate of what he would do to the completion of the work. Ray was timely and kept me informed of most everything he was doing. He explained just how his new system worked and answered all my questions. Overall, I was completely satisfied and pleased with the finished job. Ray was personable, informative, patient with my inquiries, very knowledgeable about darn near anything, and very professional. I fully expect to use Ray's services again, in fact, we're already talking about another project.

Ray came over and took a look at the dryer layout and current venting method. He quoted me with a resonable price and we set the work date for 1 week out. He arrived on time and performed the work in about 1 hour and our drying time has decreased as he had told us that it would. He was very friendly and cleaned the dryer area prior to doing the work. He did a great job and now we have a metal vent system from the dryer to the outside. We definitely recommend his services.

I thought it went very well. I didn't want to spend the money but was concerned that the old hose presented a fire hazard.

Ray returned my call within 24 hours and was able to schedule an appointment quickly. He arrived early and got right to work. My dryer had been over heating and my husband and I could not find the exhaust pipe to the outside of the house. We have been in the house for only a year. Ray looked at the dryer and then began to look outside to find the vent. It was nowhere to be seen. Ray was able to figure out that the vent had been placed behind a wall and not vented! He rerouted the vent and installed the wonderful Almetal Dryer Vent, which is truly a great product... no more mismatched hoses. All this and he came in $50 under the estimate. Great Job!

It went well.......and he came back a second day to install a quick connect to the gas line.

Very good experience. It took very little effort on my part. I made one call and set the appointment. They had a slight conflict and called a couple of hours prior to their scheduled arrival and explained the situation. They were on-time at the rescheduled time and there were absolutely no problems.

They did a good job and I would use them again.

Ray Terry was a little late but he made up for it with great service. He replaced my dryer vent attachment with a periscope that improved the dry time for drying my clothes. He even followed up the next day with a call to make sure everything was OK.

I left a voicemail one afternoon and received a called the next morning. We were able to scheduled an appointment for a following day that week. Ray actually called and came early, ready to install and was done in about 2 hours. The product works great! Ray Terry is very professional and helpful and I would highly recommend it and him to everyone. It once took me 2 1/2 hours just to dry any type of clothes, but now I am finished in about 30 minutes on a less heat setting.

Mr. Terry and his assistant were on time, neat about their work, patient in answering my questions, and finished in a short amount of time. This vent is fabulous! My dryer loads are finished in less than half the time and I use the lowest heat setting now.

I cannot say enough good things about Ray Terry and AlMetal Dryer Vent. The product is great! I went from an internal vent to all metal and am kicking myself for not doing it years ago. Ray Terry was incredibly responsive and installed the vent in a matter of days after I called and with minimal interruption to our lives. Also, we were having another problem with the dryer and he identified it, went to Home Depot for us and fixed it without us asking.

Mr. Terry was very professional and very knowledgeable not about just his new dryer vent system but remodeling as a whole. I was the victim of a sub-standard addition to my home. Mr. Terry gave me some great referrals to other work I was needing and gave me good information about NARI,(the national institute of remodeling) The dryer vent system is wonderful, much less bulky than a standard flex dryer hose and mostly maintenance free, and most important very safe! I would recommend Mr. Terry and his dryer vent system. He was in and out of my home in an hour and cleaned the area better than he found it. He also switched my dryer door to open the right way. I give him an A+ all the way!

I WAS REFERRED TO RAY TERRY BY A CO-WORKER. THE FORCE OF THE AIR COMING FROM THE NEW VENT IS MUCH GREATER THAN OLD VENT. RAY TERRY CALLED ME BACK QUICKLY, SET UP AN APPT. TO SUIT MY SCHEDULE, ARRIVED 10 MINUTES EARLY, AND DID A GREAT JOB. I SENT HIM DOWN TO MY NEIGHBOR AND HE DID HER DRYER VENT TOO. SHE WAS VERY PLEASED AS WELL.
