If I could give a ZERO I would. This company is horrible. My washing machine company had them come out to look at my washer and they said there was nothing wrong. So we had someone else Come out and my pulley and bearings had messed up. Now I have a issue with my dryer sounding like it is grinding against metal and they come out to look at it and the tech Coy R said that he bent something under my dryer to keep it from grinding while they contact the company about my dryer. I had 2 other people in my house that heard him. Now he is saying he didn’t bend or do anything to my dryer other than inspect it. So they closed my ticket out and so did the company who makes my dryer. I WILL NEVER REFER THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!

I requested my dryer hose to be replaced, they said they would come out to look at it and order the part. They came, looked at the dryer, and said we don’t order hoses nor do we replace them. Proceeded to charge me anyways. All this could have been avoided if that was stated in the beginning, as opposed to using any excuse to make a buck. Called customer service to complain, and they had the nerve to say, “But we had to come and confirm it was the hose”. I already told you it was the hose, as my cats had nawed at it. Disputed the charge with my credit card company. Shady, unethical business.

Horrible company. Scheduled appointment, then canceled saying they would come out once parts came in. Never looked at unit. Technician came and saw a few spiders behind the unit. Said nope. I will tell them you were not home and they will call to reschedule. Never looked at the unit. I cleared out the few spiders. Never heard from company again. Called the technician back and he said he closed the ticket due to infestation. I took the back off the unit and it was totally clear. I took a video of it also. Looked brand new. Called Samsung again. Agent said she was sending out another company. That company never got a ticket. Called Samsung yet again and they created another ticket. Tekniton called to say waiting on parts again. Then scheduled another appointment. No one came and no one called. So 2 days lost from work now. Called Tekniton back and they said they were not coming out because the previous Technician said the unit was infested. Offered to send the video. No. Said I had to call Samsung again. Called samsung again and they said I have to have an exterminator come and sign off that it was not infested. Offered to send the video. No. So now I cannot even get my unit that was never even looked at in the first place fixed. I don't want these liars anywhere near my home. Would give no stars if I could. Better yet -5 stars.

This company is the worst. They never show up when they are supposed and never called to let anyone know why they weren’t there. We had to call them and then they would reschedule and each time they would not show up. I will never recommend this company to anyone, horrible customer service, terrible service response, just really bad company

BEWARE: This company's actions are beyond unprofessional and inappropriate. I purchased a Samsung microwave that stopped working after less than one year of operation after calling Samsung they sent the contract over to this company in order to do the repair when the company came My wife and my elderly handicapped mother were the people who were at home. The microwave is one that hangs over the stove The one repair man who was sent stated that he refused to do the repair because the microwave was still hanging over the stove An asked that my wheelchair bound mother be the one to lower it down. At no time were we told that the mark waid needed to be removed from its location in order for them to fix it they also refused to fix it and stated that it was not their problem the driver was then told to leave without the repair being done at all I have never heard of a company that that does not do from beginning to end in order to complete their job nor a repair person that refuses to do 50% of the work for the repair when we attempted to call the company we were told that a manager would contact us no phone call Made to us or any attempt at contact whatsoever when we contacted Samsung they stated that this was the only company that they are contracted to work with in all of Charlotte. We are now without a microwave had this be a home that was only for elderly people or handicapped They would have been in real trouble now I am forced to do what is necessary in order to get this properly repaired if you hear this is the company being used to not hire them I have never heard of us contractor or a repair agency that does not come in and take the product apart in order to properly fix it obviously if this is how they worked and all of their repairs must be extremely shoddy and probably done incorrectly I am going to be researching the contracting license and any other permits that they have an order to file Appropriate complaints I would also suggest that you do not purchase Samsung products as this is the company that will come out to do the repair and obviously they do not want to honor their contracts.

They did an outstanding job. The only problem is When I contacted them they couldn't get to my home as quickly as possible. but the technician from Angie's List will send someone out tomorrow.
