It went very well.He worked around last minute scheduling conflict I had and came well before I needed him to. He was here the time he told me he thought he would need to complete the job. He first took out the vanity and then the mirrors. He then took out the shower glass door. He took everything out and cleaned up (I did some vacuuming afterward due to the glass shards). He then gave me an estimate for some minor brick work we need to have done. He was very nice and got along well with my painter who was around.

Everything went according to plan, and was done very well. I have used Sure Serve in the past, and plan to use again in the very near future for window replacement and some rotted wood replacement.

Adam from Sure Serve was very friendly, professional, and had a great work ethic. We hired him for 3 full days to complete misc jobs around the house like hanging blinds, changing out a faucet, installing a closet organizer system, and hanging curtain rods. Adam was on time every day, and worked diligently to get each task completed quickly and to meet expectations.

Outstanding sent picture before and after, very honest and trustworthy, I've used his srevices over the past 3 years and would not use anyone else!!

Around 8/18/12 I contacted Adam to come and give me an estimate for some light handyman work that I needed. He came the next day and I showed him what needed to be done. He told me that he would email an email estimate to me. He never did. I called him back on 8/28 and he said that he forgot to email the estimate, but he would call me at the end of the day with an estimate. He never did. He is a nice guy but unreliable in my experience.

Adam has taken care of a number of exterior wood rot issues for us in the past. They included replacing window sills, trims and siding and roof shingles. He is very reliable and responsive. He made sure that I was happy with the job. His pricing was a lot more reasonable than some of the other bigger handymen company.

We had used Adam before for some handyman jobs and we were very happy with his work. He said he could stain our fence for us and we agreed to a price. $500 including pressure washing first - we supplied to stain. After alot of research, we chose a product by Cabot from Lowes to stain the shadowbox fence and split rail. Adam pressure washed on a Wednesday and was coming to stain on Friday. We were going out of town Friday and needed the fence done in time for a birthday party the next week. Adam came on Friday to tell us he wasnt comfortable using the stain we chose. He wanted us to go back to Lowes and buy Thompsons Waterseal instead. We were discouraged from this type of product by the paint guys at Lowes and even the Benjamin Moore paint stores. Adam was not going to apply the Cabot product even though we called the company for advice on "spraying" the fence. So I paid him for the pressure washing and I had to scramble to find someone to stain the fence while we were gone. I was very disappointed in Adam in this instance because we had had a positive experience with him in the past. I think he does a good job with handyman type stuff - unfortunately, we never got to see his work in painting/staining. And he really left us in a tough spot with the time crunch we were in.

Adam showed up for the estimate and was on time and listened to exactly what I wanted, took measurements, and I heard from him the next day by email with an attached estimate listing details of work to be performed. He also gave me a timeline of a week for the work to be completed. We scheduled him to start on a Monday. He showed up on time with John and Matthew and they put dropcloths down, some plastic up and carpet protector in the hallway-protecting their path from the front door to the bonus room. I told him beforehand I was concerned about the mess since I'm pregnant and have 2 little ones. I was very happy that he took this seriously. Also to note,even though I was not at all concerned, he was apologetic when my 1 yr old was napping that they were making noise. I did not expect them to be quiet, but it is a good example of how respectful he was to our family and house. They cleaned up at the end of the day and vacuumed while sanding drywall and after cutting the door out. They were done by 1pm on Friday as promised. The work is fabulous. We are so pleased. You can not even tell that the wall and doorway were not preexisting. The trim work was tricky b/c of the slanted roofline in my daughter's bedroom, and it looks great. The door that they had to patch and rehang works better than it did before, and you can't even tell that there were hinges in the casing on the opposite side. We've had quite a few contractors do work at our house, and this was the least stressful experience we have ever had. They also cleaned our 4 skylights for $100. I didn't even think this was possible because the pitch of our roof is so steep. They look a million times better.

I have used Adam at SureServe on several occasions and have always been more than pleased with the results. I am preparing our house for sale and wanted to replace the original toilets that were outdated and didn't function very well. Adam made suggestions on which type of toilet to buy and what to look for in terms of price and quality. He allowed me to buy the toilets and then he picked them up without any extra charge. The cost to remove the old and install the new was far less then the plumbing company that I normally use for things like this. His work has always been excellent.

This is the second time I've used Adam from Sure Serve. He has done an excellent job each time. He is conscientious, cares deeply about the quality of his work and makes an effort to do it in the most efficient manner. Very pleasant to work with and any time I need general handyman services, Adam gets the call.

Went very well. He showed up on time and went to work quickly. The work turned out great and we are extremely happy. Based on the experience, we have asked him to give us a quote on a fence staining job.

Adam reinstalled some bricks that had broken away from a step by first removing the old mortar, then applying new mortar. He also replaced some mortar on top of the concrete pad that had worn away. Lastly, he filled in some cracked mortar between two of the other steps. He cleaned up the area after the work was done. Adam was pleasant to deal with and he worked diligently. Great job!

Excellent. He showed up on time and was thorough. Adam finished replacing approximately 10 siding boards in one day and then painted the board to match the paint of my house the next day. It looks great.

Adam came out, looked at our project, gave us a quotation. We set the date, he came out, did the work as promised.

My tenant in an office space called to tell me that the automatic door closer on the front door of the office was not working properly.. This was a large problem because the office has many customers coming in and out and the staff person would have to get up to close the door every time someone left the office. Through Angie's List I found Adam at Sure Serve who was rated highly as a Handyman. He responded on the same day I called. He replaced two hinges on the door which fixed the problem, but he recommended that I replace the third hinge so that all hinges would match and that would improve the aesthetics. He charged $30 for each spring loaded hinge plus labor for a total of $150. The price seemed high for the hinges, but the quickness of his response, professional and pleasant manner of his communication, AND the satisfaction of my tenants compensated for the price. I would call him again for needed Handy Man work.

Adam was fantastic throughout the entire process. He was beyond punctual at every step. He responded to my initial inquiry about the job within minutes, he returned a quote within the hour and he began work several days later. He made the project stress free for us. After determining what our fireplace looked like and how it was structured, he provided mantel design options to us. All we had to do was pick from the three options he delivered to us. He essentially served as our designer and contractor. Not only is the work of the highest quality, but he was prompt, punctual, reliable and pleasant to be around. I liked him and his work so much that I paid above his project price (which was exactly what he quoted us) to acknowledge how much I appreciated his work. I would absolutely recommend Adam and will be using him again in the future.

Adam showed up just when he said he would, and did a good job with the repairs. He had to search at several stores to find vents that matched on the front of the house, and when he couldn't, he offered to replace all of them, so they would all match (it only cost $40 more in materials).

I called to get an estimate and I liked the quote that Adam provided for me. He started working right away. He couldn't complete the outside garage fixtures since it began to rain. He returned the next day and completed the job.

Adams did a great job on all the projects. He is really nice guy and someone you feel comfortable having in your home. And his prices were VERY reasonalbe. We will definitely have him out to do more work.

He came the same day that I called, took a look and gave an estimate which was very fair. He researched and found the needed part for the kitchen door, called to give me the order number so I could order it. The part arrived and he came the same day to install it.

I bought a new dryer and the vent I had was not adequate so I found Sure Serve on Angie's List. I called Adam and he came out that very day & connected the dryer vent. He did a great job and was a very nice guy!

He is willing to take that apart and do the replacement with the new parts we have. He is also going to repair a damage we have on the roof by the fire place because there is a leak down the fireplace, so he is going to do a number of handyman things. He was very punctual in showing up when he said he would, seemed to be very knowledgeable about the repairs we asked him to look at. He was polite and took off his shoes when he went upstairs and he also got a good rating on the list, so we decided we would use him.

Adam was great to work with. He does excellent quality work and is able to diagnose problems that I would have missed. His pricing is very reasonable. Other quotes I received were a good bit higher. I plan to use Sure Serve again very soon...

This was my second time to use Sure Serve; Adam had replaced some rotten wood on a window in the summer. The work was done in a timely manner. He did an excellent job; he is a very conscientious worker! I would highly recommend him.
