The damaged wood molding was replaced with PVC molding and painted to match. There is no visible difference in the trim. It looks great!

Adam came and looked at what I needed to have done and gave me an estimate. Told me he could state the following Monday at 9am. He and his crew was on time. Found a lot more water damage than was visible before removing the old siding. Adam made several trips for materials not wanting to over purchase. I was only charged for the extra labor and cost of materials. Excellent repairs done. Cleaned up and removed all old siding. Very pleased with Adam and his crew. Adam is now my handyman in the future.

I was lucky that he was in the area, so he arrived within minutes of calling. We had replacement shutters, but they needed to be painted. He and his assistant painted them, quick dried, and installed them on the house.

We use them for everything. I want everyone to use them, they are a marvelous contractor.

Adam and his helpers were great. Super professional and great attention to detail. They had to install a new bath vanity that required some fancy cutting on the baseboard and it looks amazing. Exactly what I was looking for! Then they came back a few days later and fixed an area of our wood deck where we have trees growing out. The trees are a nice touch, but the grow and they were "eating" the deck as well as pushing up several planks. They removed several pieces then did some shoring up of the supports underneath and then made cuts in the wood surrounding the tree trunks so they matched the shape of the trunks. Beautiful. We wanted more than just a repair, we wanted some craftsmanship. They were fantastic and not your run-of-the-mill handyman!

Very responsive to requests. Communicated timing and any changes due to weather in a timely manner. I plan to hire again to put up some crown molding.

Adam and his team did an excellent job repairing several areas of siding and fabricating/installing replacement shutters on-site. Their craftsmanship was outstanding, matching the look of the siding and shutters exactly. We are extremely satisfied with everything they did and their quote was accurate for both cost and time to complete; we would absolutely use Sureserve again.

Sure Serve has done several projects for us over the past few years, and I trust Adam so much that I gave him a key and did not supervise the work at all. I wrote him a check before I surveyed the quality of the work. There are very few people/companies with whom I would do that, but with the history we have with Adam, I knew it was not a risk. We very much appreciate their hard work and will call them again when we have another project to do.

He and his helper didn't quite finish with the removal and my purchased time was up . Wall prep/repair and painting still need to be done. I inquired about hiring him to complete the work. I probably will not hire him again, only because the Angies List deal is a one time thing, he said. His hourly rate is more than I can pay. I liked him, though, and would recommend him to others.

Adam was able to come over and see what we wanted done within a day and then was able to give us an estimate and set up a time to get the work done within the week. He, his partner and son did a great job. They ended up having to replace some rotted wood around our door, but they were able to do it, make everything solid, and install the new door. The new fence gate looks perfect and is sturdy.

They did not keep the scheduled appointment and I never heard from them again.

Adam was prompt on returning our phone call to inquire about an estimate after a failed experience with another provider on Angies list. He came out on Thursday, provided an estimate and promised to be out to our residence the very next day. Low and behold he arrived right on time as he stated he would on Friday with his work crew. The previous provider had stated our job would entail pulling the window out, removing the entire frame, drywall, etc. however right away Adam was honest and told us that this wouldn't be necessary. I cannot express how much I appreciate honesty in a contractor and Adam did not fail in this. He advised that all we needed was new tape around the window, replaced some of the drywall, new trim, and of course, paint. The previous contractor has stated that our other windows needed to be fixed as well however Adam inspected them and found that no work needed to be done. He was a breath of refreshing honesty and humor in a otherwise cloud of overpriced contractor "thieves". To further cement this, my previous estimate was $1000, Adam gave the same estimate for $300-400 and it was $300. If you choose him, you will not be sorry. Thank you Adam!

Andy promptly returned my call requesting help and inspected the problems the first day. Since they required parts he didn't have and more work that he had time for then, he scheduled repairs within two days and completed them on time. His skill was evident in the quality and completeness of the repairs. He was careful not to damage any nearby items and cleaned up completely when finished. My wife and I strongly recommend Andy to anyone who needs repairs to their home.

Simple job for Adam and his partner. He arrived early and the job took them no more than 30 minutes. Will definitely keep their number for future work at my house.

Adam responded promptly to my quote request. In the end, I didn't use him as he thought the work would be simple for me to do myself. Adam explained thoroughly all the steps he thought necessary to do the repair. Will definitely call him again when I have a future need.
