Adam showed up on time, was personable, punctual, trustworthy, and efficient. He did an excellent job and his prices were very reasonable. We plan to use him again for other repairs around the house - we strongly recommend him!!!

Sure Serve had a very reasonable price and they fixed the problem in a short amount of time. They were very professional and I will use them again in the future when I need more work to be done.

He was alway on time. He stayed until the job was done. This was the first time I used him and am planning to use him again. I would recommend him to anyone.

He spent a good 1 1/2 hours when he came to the house to assess the work. He was very pleasant and professional and we were impressed by how he conducted himself. He also got us inspired to do some of the painting and touch-ups ourselves, sharing his knowledge and tips as we worked alongside each other. He is very diligent and thorough - he makes the most use of his time and gets the job done expeditiously and with a great attitude. He is still working with us so I cannot comment on the final cost vs. the estimate but he did take a job out of the estimate since it requires the work of a siding expert.

He was helpful in getting the materials specs. I would recommend him for interior or exterior work.

The baseboards in our bathroom had become warped and were made worse upon getting wet when removing wallpaper. We were in a rush to get them replaced as a painter was waiting to complete the bathroom remodeling project. I called Adam and he was able to come the next day. He was very pleasant to work with, did an excellent job and we were able to continue with our remodeling project with little delay.

Adam was punctual, professional and very friendly in all of our dealings. We spoke by phone and corresponded by e-mail. He showed up for the appointment on time and was thorough and professional. I especially liked the fact that he called the morning of the appointment to confirm. Though I did not have the work done by Adam, primarily because it involved (not unreasonably) having to knock out a small portion of the drywall in my home, I will not hesitate to call him again. I highly recommend him to others.

Surprisingly, made a not-necessarily pleasant experience (who wants to have problems that need fixing) very positive.

We can't say enough good things about Adam! We were trying to get our house on the market quickly (within just a few days). We called Adam on Friday, he came and gave us an estimate on Saturday, started work Monday and finished on Wednesday morning. Adam is practical, budget conscious and comes up with creative solutions to problems. He presented us with multiple options when appropriate, and made no effort to try to push us to go the most expensive route or the most convenient. To that end, the quality of his workmanship is excellent and he definitely takes a lot of pride in his work. To top it off, Adam is friendly, personable and very reasonably priced. He didn't charge of extra for the rush service, despite the fact that he had to rearrange his schedule to fit us in. He also didn't object when we came up with "extra" projects after he had started work. We were extremely happy with the service we receive and, if we weren't moving away, would definitely call Adam again.

He did a wonderful job, I am very pleased. He came in and stuck to the estimate he gave. He was prompt (came when he said he would, which is really unusual!) Good value for our money, we were very pleased. He came with knowledge and good work ethic.

Adam was quick, quick, quick!!! It was less than 24 hours from initial contact to the dumpster being GONE!!! Very reasonable price - prompt, professional - very glad I chose to work with this company. The area looks very nice now - rats had dug trenches underneath the old dumpster which Adam raked over and leveled out. He even helped run off one of the critters that wouldn't leave the area for no extra charge.

HE DID NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME PRICE-WISE. HE IS VERY HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY. HE DOES EXCELLENT WORK. MY NEXT PROJECT FOR HIM IS TO REBUILD AND REPLACE A FENCE. I WILL CALL HIM FOR ANYTHING I NEED DONE AROUND THE HOUSE.
