We've used Superior Cleaning weekly for nearly eight years and highly recommend them. They do an outstanding job and I look forward to coming home each week after the team has been there. I've used many cleaning services during the last 20 years and this is the best one. The owner, Mercedes, has a very high performance bar and does an excellent job training her team. She evens cleans the dust from the top of the shower. Until she pointed it out, I didn't even know it was there. I've never experienced theft (it's happened with other cleaning services). Superior is top notch! My husband and I work long hours outside of the home, and we choose to spend our free time with one another and family friends as opposed to cleaning. The value is worth it! When I open the door to a sparkling and spotless home in the evening, it makes transitioning into dinner and homework so much more pleasant as I do not have a chore list looming over my head. My daily chores are manageable thanks to Superior! Superior is also dependable and trustworthy. They treat my personal belongings with tender loving care and as if they were their own. Superior Office Cleaning cleaned my home for almost 10 years. During that time, we had very few staff changes, which is remarkable given the type of business and length of time. We have always been happy with the service we received and always noticed that it was very clean and, also, tidy. I am not the neatest of people, so I appreciated all they did to take care of my home. If I had specific instructions, they were followed. I only had issues about 3 or 4 times over the entire time. The issues were addressed quickly (I did notify quickly.) and completely. We have stopped using the service as my children have grown and we no longer need the help. I have recommended Superior Cleaning to several friends who have used the service and are satisfied. I found Mercedes easy to reach and communicate with. My scheduling changes were always met and I got the service I needed.

It went spectacular just like all the other months that I have had them in. I have been a customer for approximately 2 years with a monthly appointment set up for a deep clean of my house. I trust them to enter my house on their own with the use of my spare key. They greet my dogs and work around them in order to clean the entire house. They are always very punctual and don't skiff on the time spent at my house. I love coming home to not only a clean house but the smell of a clean house is truly amazing!!! I have no doubt that I will be using Superior Cleaning for many years to come!!!

Superior office cleaners do a great job cleaning our house. We have 5 children and 2 dogs - it is pretty crazy here :) I am always surprised at how they can do their jobs so well. Each visit, they perform their standard cleaning duties and then they focus on something different each time. One time they vacuumed under our sectional sofa (and found a long lost missing set of car keys while they were at it.)

This company is terrific. I liked Mercedes Montano the moment she walked into our home to give us the estimate for services and an explanation of what that cost would cover. Mercedes is funny and likable, and her crew is dependable and funny. They come every other week to clean, and are always willing to work around my schedule if something comes up on my end.

This company is dedicated to "serving well". They do a great job cleaning the house, in addition you do feel like they are listening to your specific and unique requirements (that happens to be important to me). I would definitely recommend this company - in fact I have referred 2 friends who are now also using the service. Give them a try!!

The provider also scratched our stainless steal range which can not be fixed. I would not have them come back out to my home.

I have used this cleaning firm for over 15 years and been very happy with the service, price and quality. The owner is extremely concerned about insuring that the teams deliver good results. The cleaning staff are very courteous and responsive. If I ever have any questions I can get in touch with the owner readily by text or by phone - always getting a response within a few hours - never more than end of the same day. Whenever I have a schedule change, or a need to set aside service due to vacations the owner is willing to work with me - be flexible. All in all, the best cleaning service I have ever used (and we used many before we found Superior). I have recommended to many of my friends and will continue to do so.

Mercedes and Cristian were polite on the phone, scheduling the appointment and answering questions. The followup call letting us know the staff was almost done was unexpected, but very nice. My wife and I were both very pleased with the results and have already taken steps to schedule monthly service for the balance of the year.

The first cleaner did a fair job. There were some "misses" in regards to the overall cleaning. For example, under the soap tray in the master bath, the drain in the kitchen sink. She also left early, but had cleaned all the rooms I had requested to be cleaned. After completing a walk through and noticing the "misses" I provided feedback to Mercedes. She was very responsive and appropriately addressed my concerns. Overall, I was pleased with service provided for the next 3 visits.

The team did an outstanding and thorough job cleaning . They took the time to do a quality job and went above what I expected.

Scheduler for service very nice assured me that there would be no problem getting serviced one the Sat before Christmas done from 8-10 am. I explained that I had house guest arriving at noon. The cleaners arrived at 9:45 did not acknowledge their late arrival nor did they apologize for inconvenience. Since I could not reach the service that morning to verify that they were in fact coming I called Angie's list and they could not contact anyone. at the service either. I would not use them again.

The service was good and Mercedes was very nice when scheduling. Unfortunately we had company coming in for the holidays and our scheduled cleaning appointment came and went with a no show / no call due to a communication error by the company. Mercedes offered a small discount for the error and once the cleaning crew did come out a few days later (this was right at Christmas) everything was fine. I would consider them again.

Mercedes and her girls come to my house every 2 weeks and do a thorough clean. They are always professional, punctual and work very hard. I normally get 2 to 3 girls,as my home is approx 9000 sq ft. One of the things I love is that the same girls come every time and I feel very comfortable around them. They do a thorough clean and I especially love how my hardwood floors look after they are finished. Definitely one of the best cleaning services I have ever used and we have now been with them for approx 2 years. We are charged $280 for the entire house , which includes basement and pool house.

They always do a very thorough job when cleaning. Don't hesitant to call them. :)

Communication and responses are done by well trained professional, but cleaning crews are lousy, I have used other cleaning services many times never had to supervise and cleaning was satisfactory, but with superior cleaning, I found dust on the floor and in blinds and window glasses, as if no cleaning was done. I trusted them and paid them without checking, they just stole money without doing anything.

The ladies did a wonderful job cleaning. The property looked good and smelled fresh. My only issue was that we just put in new carpeting and the cleaning ladies also vacuumed the carpets. They spent extra time (costing me extra money) for a service that was uneccessary. I told the owner that I wanted specific areas of the house cleaned (bathroom, kitchen/appliances, wood floors, etc.), however I never stated I wanted the carpets vacuumed. I did stated that once my groupon time expired that I would pay additional for the items on the list to be cleaned, hence the whole house cleaned, so I suppose I will take some of the responsibility in that I did not state specifically "don't vacuum". Overall, very happy with the cleaning, but felt I spent additional money which could have been avoided.

She sent 2 women from her crew and they cleaned my house well

She came with her father. I feel I did not get my moneys worth. She cleaned the master bedroom and bathroom. Her father lightly wiped down the kitchen not cleaning the oven or the stove or cabinets. I feel they need to identify what they do more clearly. The people she brings with her should be qualified to do the work as well.

Everything took so much longer (charging by the hour) because they cleaned only by hand and wouldn't use things like Tilex Soap Scum which would have alone cut an hour off the time.
