Informed service provider of time needed and the office manager insisted we would only need a few more hours and the same number of girls. The day of, a third girl was sent (meaning more money that came about in an after service incremental charge). The provider did not adhere to the price committed and should have informed me of the additional perceived need and charges that would be inferred to me. I should have had the decision to be able to decide if I can afford the ending charge they have hit me with. I ended up paying almost one hundred more than I would have ever paid. I would have contacted other providers for estimates. I believe this is an awful customer experience, abusive to customers in after the fact charges that are not agreed to and I can assure you that my house was cleaned by me before they arrived so it is not in the league of some of the pictures I see attached on this site that are in this price range. They have not been meeting their committed start time and have, of late, been leaving dust on blinds and sills.
Description of Work: Cleaned dust after tile work. Preliminary mopping, vacuuming and sweeping done twice before visit so while requiring some extra time did not have to come into some of the situations depicted in other reviews where moveouts and such have left utter filth or dirt.

[removed member name], We respectfully ask you to remove this review. We feel it is not appropriate. I called you and explained the situation to you, and I completely agree with you that the price was more than what we quoted you. You also know that we spent more than twice the normal time cleaning your home from top to bottom, leaving it in excellent condition. There was an enormous amount of dust left from construction that is very difficult to remove, and as a result we had to send 3 girls. I also gave you a discount because of the situation, but you only paid us for less than half of the amount that our company spent on labor. After our conversation, you agreed that we should be compensated for our work and said that you would pay us. At this point, we have not received the payment in full, even after multiple calls were made to reach out to you. We are very disappointed that you would leave such a review after so many years of service with us. Again, we respectfully ask you to remove this review. We are sad that things have ended this way, and we wish you all the best.

They were very good. I had them do general house cleaning. I paid them more to do more cleaning for extra time. That price was reasonable. They used their own cleaning supplies, but they were willing to use my cleaning supplies if I wanted them too.

The team that came in was amazing. I would use them over and over again. They did such a great job that when I shared the photos with several family members they didn't even recognize the place. I cannot think of enough great things to say about the service. They were on time and made 10 years worth of dirt disappear in one day. I was so happy with the end results that I was brought to tears.

Three members of Superiors staff arrived at 8:30 AM. The condo they were to clean resembled a hoarder's place of residence. The main trash out had been completed and Superior had been asked to put it back in livable shape. The three ladies worked non-stop (except for 30 min. lunch break) until 5:45 PM. They cleaned a kitchen that a roach would be afraid to live in. The place was nasty. They not only cleaned the outside, they cleaned inside the cabinets, stove, etc. Pictures were taken before they started and after they finished. It was hard to recognize as being the same place. They boxed up items that needed to be kept. They straightened up the bedrooms and made them passable. I would not have stayed in the condo more than 15 minutes before they cleaned. Afterwards, it was very livable. The bathroom shone like new. My experience with these three ladies was outstanding! I would use them each and every time I have a future need. They were professional...in fact, as they pulled into the parking space, they apparently ran over something and the tire was going flat before they cut the motor off. They did not mention it until they had completely finished their task. I cannot sing the praise of this experience enough. GAR - Ft. Mill, SC

We agree to clean, disinfect and deodorize the following areas for a detailed, one-time cleaning. It was very good and I was happy with everything. Scheduling was very easy. Originally 2 cleaners came out and since they were running late, they brought 3 cleaners; and they stayed a little longer to make sure that all of the basic cleaning got done. They were easy to work with and did a very thorough cleaning job.

I called Superior Cleaning Service around 8:30 am on Friday 12/13/2012. Mercedes answered the phone and told me she was at a client's home. She asked me to send her an email requesting a day next week. She was not sure if they could help me due to the a busy schedule as people planned for Christmas. I understood that she was likely very busy. Mercedes sad she would get back to me when she returned to her office and could more easily view her schedule. I immediately sent her an email as requested. I had received no response but mid-afternoon so I called again and left her a message. I received no response to that message.

The name says it all. Superior! They are prompt, courteous, thorough and do an overall wonderful job. It's such a treat to walk into a sparkling clean home after Superior has been there. Christian goes out of his way to accommodate my schedule. He also follows up after every cleaning. I would not hesitate to recommend Superior. They have been cleaning my house for the last few years and have always done an excellent job. They can be counted on to be punctual, professional and thorough. I have a dog who generally sheds all over the place and live in an old building that's very dusty. They usually leave the floor sparkling and without any dog fur. I highly recommend.

Superior Cleaning has been cleaning our home since 2006 and our office. Over the years we've had several different ladies clean our home. We have always been very satisfied which is why we have been using Superior and only Superior for the past 7+ years. Ms. Montano is always professional and when scheduling they always do their best to accommodate my day/time requests. Recently we had carpet removed from our downstairs bedrooms and replaced with hardwoods. My mother-in-law called from Chicago and wanted to come visit for the weekend (the day after the floors were finished). I called Superior and they had 2 girls at my house while I was at work the very next day to ensure my home would be cleaned before my mother-in-law arrived. Now that is what I call GREAT SERVICE! Everything looked fantastic and we couldn't even tell our house had been turned upside down just 24 hours before. Thank you Superior Cleaning for your continued quality.

The girls have been cleaning my house for over a year, and keep improving as time goes on. They are very honest, and do an overall meticulous job. They thoroughly clean the hardwoods, including under area rugs, vacuum, clean bathrooms, make beds, tidy very messy children's' rooms. They have done extra things like sweep out my garage and fold clothes when they have had time. I would highly recommend.

I was very pleased with the services provided by Superior Cleaning. A friend of mine recommended their services and I understand why she spoke so highly of this company. I was not expecting the cleaning to be so detailed and walking in to my place being so clean was amazing. I did expect my place to be clean but it sparkled. From start to finish on this experience was professional and courteous. I spoke with Mercedes, who got back to me promptly and was able to get me scheduled for the day that I requested. The cleaning ladies arrived a few minutes early and I left for work while they cleaned. The ladies were very friendly and did not waste any time getting straight to work. When I returned home, everything that Mercedes said would be done was completed and everything in its place. I will definitely use the cleaning services again and will highly recommend them to everyone. We have been very pleased with the service we have received. The owner is easy to work with and very friendly. They arrive on time or are quick to communicate with me if they are running late. The first visit they will deep clean the home and then from that point forward they maintain a clean environment. When asked to clean a specific area of the home, they listen to my needs and focus on it during their time. Once a personal item was broken accidentally, they reimbursed us for our lost. Description of Work: I use this cleaning service every two weeks. Two cleaners arrive promptly and thoroughly clean my two-story three bedroom, 2 and a half bath home. I am always pleased with the results. Bathrooms shine and every room is cleaned to perfection. The operator of the service is most pleasant to deal with and is happy to meet my frequent requests for changes in my schedule. The price is 95.00 per cleaning; the girls are here about two hours each time. I trust them to come when I am not at home.
