Very well! Myra and Elda arrived on time and began immediately on the bathrooms (the biggest concern.) They then moved to the stairs, the kitchen and the downstairs. Besides thoroughly cleaning the neglected bathrooms, they removed spots from the stair carpeting, vacuumed and dusted thoroughly, washed and polished the kitchen and lavatory floors, left the kitchen surfaces spotless, and bagged obvious trash. They left this bachelor's home shining - and in the 2 hours (4 labor hours) agreed upon. We were very pleased.

I contacted Superior and right away got a very fair quote and they managed to get out to my house within a few days of me calling. They worked for 4 hours and were very meticulous and thorough. Everything was done very well. They even brought out a steam cleaner when I told them I had a few spots on a new carpet that needed it. Very satisfied and very fair quote. I would recommend them and definitely will set up regular service with them.

Excellent job, reasonable price, and highly recommended. The crew thoroughly cleaned our townhome apartment after we moved out. We met the landlord for final inspection about an hour after the cleaners left, and it was a genuine pleasure to turn it back over to the landlord for inspection. The entire place was sparkling clean and had a fresh, pleasant aroma. The crew covered every single item on the move-out checklist and even took care of a few things not on the checklist. They took less time than originally estimated, and the charge was adjusted appropriately. It was a smooth transaction from beginning to end - on time and under budget. They exceeded all expectations and we will definitely use them again.

Superior has been providing services to me for more than six months. The company worked with me to establish a schedule that met my needs even though it is outside their usual planned schedule, and they didn't charge me extra. Their pricing is very reasonable and consistent with their competitors. The staff are always punctual, pleasant, hard-working, thorough and reliable. Whether I am at the house or away, the service is performed consistently and to my expectations. The best part is that the house always has that fresh clean smell after their visit. They are excellent and I would recommend their services to anyone.

It is now 4 years later and I am still very satisfied with their service. They come on time, and send me the same team of house cleaners every time. I love my team and they always do a great job. After 10 years knowing the company I would highly recommend it to every single person I know. The ladies are fabulous, professional, and paid careful attention to the details. The office is always responsive to any emails or phone calls made and all issues (the few) are always fixed immediately. Very well. They were able to accommodate me within a day of requesting service, the cleaning staff were punctual and got down to work immediately. They completed all the work in a little over 2 hours and the house was fresh and clean again…just what it needed!

This past Holiday I purchased a one time full service cleaning for my wife as a Christmas Present. With how hard she works I knew it would be exactly what she needed. Of course the little hints she has been dropping sure helped me in realizing what she wanted! After researching my options I decided to utilize Superior Cleanings Services Inc. The companies pricing was reasonable and the staff was exceptional. I felt comfortable immediately upon calling their offices. Once the cleaning team arrived at my home, it became apparent that my house would have some odd intricacies and they called the owner to gain clarification. To my surprise the owner, Mercedes Montano, came to our home to assist. I was so pleased with her kindness, professionalism, and ability. This kind of personal accountability and commitment to excellence is rarely seen these days. In the end, I found that I couldn't have been more pleased with the finished product and how overjoyed my wife was with a freshly cleaned and appointed home. Thanks to this company for a very good experience.

The team did a fantastic job. I came home to wonderfully cleaned house. Everything was in order and completed as I was told during my scheduling call. Rooms were cleaned just as i was told. I was very happy to have selected them. I am now using them as my cleaning service moving forward. I highly recommend that you at least give Superior Cleaning a call and a trial.

My husband had a hard time communicating with the workers because of a language barrier. Otherwise the service was very good.

In the process of preparing our home for resale, my son searched Angie?s List and came across Mercedes as one of 3 possible providers. After a quick telephone conversation with 2 out of 3 as one never replied, we chose Mercedes. The communication from Mercedes was clear, concise and efficient. She came over to evaluate the house within hours and gave us a fair quote for the massive amount of cleaning that had to be done. Her team of 6 arrived on time and started right away. Not only were they efficient, they were also very accommodating as 1 room was still occupied and they worked around this very nicely. 4 hours later, the house was not only spic and span but at a level of detail that it looked better than when we moved in 15 yrs ago? I only wish, we had had her services for our bi-weekly service for the past 15 yrs as she is a dream to work with! Thank you for making one part of the grueling process of moving - that much better!
