I met with the company initially for an estimate; I found them to be professional and through and worked with us to find the service that would best fit our needs. I met with a representative initially to walk them through the facility and describe the services that would need to be completed. On the date of the first service, the owner was on site to walk her employees through what needed to be done to the facility. We were impressed by the thorough job that was completed and there was a noticeable difference to both the employees and clients. I also received a follow up call the next day to determine if there were any concerns. I highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed in the service.

The overall experience is astonishing, if you ever need a first class job done on your home, you would be foolish not to use this company. The best word to describe the overall experience is simply " Superior".

They’re excellent. The owner, Mercedes, works with the individual home owner, and makes sure the owner’s needs are satisfied to every detail. I work with them on a regular basis, and I’ve been using their services for about 7 months.

The owner is Mercedes. I've used them for 2 or 3 years. They have been really excellent. They are professional and careful, for the most part. They are honest and punctual. They do an overall great job. I plan to continue to use them.

The two associates who came to the house were Carla and Hosea. They were a few minutes late, however it was not their fault due to a very bad accident and subsequent traffic. They apologized repeatedly and were so friendly and professional. They immediately set out to clean away and did an outstanding job. I was surprised when they asked where my cleaning materials were and asked for trash bags. I have only used a service when I was working away on a temporary detail and the servicce brought their own cleaning materials and bags. However, I cannot compain as they did a wonderful job and were impressive. I would use them again if I need another cleaning. I will definately check out their regular fees for other items such as blind cleaning, etc.

I was not home when they came to clean my house but when I got home it was spotless. Very well done!

This is the second house they have cleaned for me and I have been impressed both times. The job was fantastic. I underestimated what it would take to clean the house when we first talked. Her crew wanted to be thorough, so Mercedes called me to let me know it would take a little longer than expected BEFORE they did it. Although the price was higher than I had originally expected, I was stunned when I walked into the house. They cleaned every nook and cranny. The miscellaneous paint cans and tools had all been neatly stacked by the door for me to take. Mercedes is very professional and takes her business seriously. As a real estate investor, I have to be able to rely on people I hire to do what they say, when they say, for the amount they say. Mercedes has passed my test twice and I will continue to use her.

I was fortunate to buy a discount coupon on Angie's List for Superior Cleaning. I asked Ms. Montano if she could schedule on a certain range of dates and she obliged me. She told me that Karla and Jose would come at 8 AM on July 14 for two hours of cleaning. When Karla and Jose appeared on the dot, I told them that I was mainly interested in having my kitchen and bathrooms cleaned. I went about my business and they went to work. When I checked back at 10 AM, I was stunned to find they had cleaned my ENTIRE house. They took up area rugs, cleaned the floors, vacuumed and dusted and swept up what was probably a big load of dirt and dust. Amazing! I tried to shoo them on their way, but they stayed a little overtime until they were satisfied with their work. I was more than satisfied.

I contacted Mercedes on a Monday requesting a deep clean on that Wednesday - right before the 4th of July weekend. She responded quickly (and even better, was good with email exchanges as it is hard with my work schedule for me to play phone tag). Her team (one woman, one man) arrived precisely on time. They were pleasant but efficient - got right to work and kept working straight for 3.5 hours. They were very accommodating of my cats, who are not allowed outside so get under foot. They did such a good job that I rounded up the hours (so the price above is a bit misleading; my charge was $20 per person per hour, so I paid them $160 for 8 labor hours rather than 7 total labor hours) and tipped them.

2 people, man and woman. Did an excellent job. House has never been so clean. cleaned the showers, tub, sinks, comodes, floors in bathrooms. Washed kitchen floor. See above. Highly recommend them.

I purchased this service via Angie's List as a special they were offering. I scheduled the appointment and they arrived exactly on time and stayed exactly the time they said they would. They did a very good job although I wish I'd known to have more cleaning supplies available for them. I would use them again.

The cleaning company, Superior Office Cleaning, came to clean for us one year after we moved to Charlotte. I was having back and disk problems and was unable to lift or move furniture. They swept (no pun intended) through our house and I was completely pleased with the results. I have not needed anyone else for cleaning. They are very friendly with our two Jack Russell terriers and our two inside cats. They are very pleasant and professional to work with. As long as they are in business, I will be a customer!

I purchased this Angies List Big Deal for 4 hours worth of house cleaning from Superior Cleaning Service. I contacted the owner Mercedes to setup my appointment for house cleaning and she said she would call me back that day at around 5:00 PM to schedule it. I never heard back from her that day so I contacted her again the next day to schedule the appointment. I setup the housecleaning for April 21st as we would just be getting back in town prior to than and also would have guests arriving on the April 22nd. Mercedes referred me her website were I could find the list of all of the cleaning supplies that they would need to do the job. I went out and purchased many of these supplies for them to use and gathered them all up in an area just like she asked. On April 21st at 8:00 AM which was the time of the appointment no one showed up to clean the house and no one called. I called and left a message for Mercedes at 8:15 but 6 hours later I still have not heard back from her. I'm really not sure how these companies get to be Angies List Superior Service Award winners went the don't bother showing up for appointments or even canceling them.

We bought a coupon off Angies list for a 4 hour cleaning service from this company. Our experience has been excellent from the start. Mercedes Montano came to our house and gave an estimate on how much it they would do - which was quite a bit in 4 hours (actually 2 people for 2 hours). We fixed a date when her employees would come in and finish the job. Her two employees came in promptly and did an outstanding job. They were very quiet throughout the cleaning and went about cleaning everything professionally. The bathroom shower and tubs looked like new once they were done. The fans were also speckless. Outstanding job! Thank you.

It went Very well. Mercades (the owner) went over exactly what and how everything would be cleaned. She also gave me an estimate for future whole house cleanings.

Unfortunately there are 2 roads with my road's name in my area, and the team got lost and so was a bit late, but Mercedes came and helped them find their way. They came in, very professionally walked through and reviewed all work to be done. I had the necessary supplies ready for them, and they went right to work. They were very cheerful and did not take any breaks. They worked from 9am to 2pm, and my house is spotless! They aim to please - and I am very pleased! Thanks so much, Mercedes!

I engaged Superior Cleaning to clean my home every two weeks and so far I am happy that I did. They have cleaned three times now and have been very professional and thorough each time. A specific team is assigned so I know who to expect. So far they have on time and got right to work and did not spend time talking on the phone. The company is also bonded and insured, which is important to us. Superior Cleaning has been another great Angie's list find.

Contacted Mercedes to tell her of my need with regard to someone moving into my house more quickly than I had imagined. (We had only moved out of the house a few days before the new tenant was moving in.) She very quickly scheduled and dispatched her staff to attend to our needs. {We had lived in the house for 26 years and it was long overdue for a thorough cleaning.) Mercedes staff was efficient and courteous. There was a bit of a language barrier, but Mercedes speaks excellent English and was able to get everything figured out when we met with obstacles.

Mercedes was able to give me a quote very quickly. She was very professional and thoroughly covered exactly what her crew would do. We scheduled my first cleaning and the ladies cleaned even longer than Mercedes thought they would need to. They didn't leave until my whole house was completely clean. The pricing was very reasonable - so much so that we decided to use her ongoing. As I walk through my clean house all I can do is smile - what a blessing Mercedes and her crew are!

We were referred to Superior Cleaning by a friend. The owner of the company came to our house and provided a written estimate within a day or so. For the first cleaning, the owner came with the two employees and showed them exactly how everything was to be done. After nearly a year, we've never been disappointed in a cleaning. The owner asks for as much feedback as possible (positive and negative) and I can't remember ever having a complaint. The owner is very flexible when it comes to scheduling and special cleaning requests. It's obvious from the moment you meet her that she wants your business for the long haul. It's also obvious that she has very high standards but she treats her employees well. Can't say enough good things are these guys.
