+ -1 moreI purchased the ?$79 for Four Man Hours of Housecleaning? coupon here on Angie?s List. Ms. Mercedes is very courteous and the communication beforehand (email + phone) went smoothly. The ladies came to clean our house yesterday and they ended up working for one extra hour because we had too much cat hair and they wanted to do their job well. Ms. Mercedes did not force me to pay for the one extra hour ($25), but I told her that we are willing to pay because the ladies did do a very good job. I?ve never seen my house so clean! And since our trash bin was full, they took all the trash with them, which I?m really grateful. All in all, my husband and I are very satisfied with their service. Will definitely use them again!

+ -1 moreTwo women arrived about 10 minutes later than the appt time. I explained what I wanted done and that I would be tackling jobs that I specifically would handle. They went to work and continued for the two hours that they were hired for. I directed them throughout most of that time and they followed what I requested.
Description of Work: Took this deal so that I could throughly clean a two room office. The women worked side by side w/ me as I directed them to do the type of deep cleaning that I wanted to get done. They provided the two hours that were inclusive of the deal. I was satisfied.

Description of Work: The cleaning was just ok, for that price we expected much better. The most important thing to them was the time you purchase, not how can we make the customer satisfied. Also they make you use your own cleaning supply, we did not find out until after the purchase. They do not even bring a broom, vacuum, mop, nothing that a cleaning company would provide. We will not be using this company again.

+ -1 moreGood. Two mis-comminications did occur. First mis-communication involved our home address so the staff arrived late. Apparently, they had been sitting in the car on our cul-de-sac for some time before anyone from Superior Cleaning called to check our address. And the second was regarding laminate floors and how they should or should not be cleaned. They brought a beater bar vacuum which cannot be used on a laminiate floor, hence the mis-communication. As a side note, the cleaning supplies they brought appeared a bit overused (rags were quite dirty and mop heads worn) and overall, they were both low on cleaning solutions.
Description of Work: Whole house cleaning was performed by Superior Cleaning Service. Superior was very helpful in scheduling the date that I requested prior to Thanksgiving. The two women that were sent did a nice job cleaning our home and were friendly and pleasant. Follow-up post cleaning by Superior was prompt.

+ -1 moreWe recently purchased a home in the Charlotte area, but have not officially moved in yet. Each time we go, we hire a cleaning service to prepare the house for our stay. Superior was the third such provider, and by far the best. They had a slight scheduling conflict and had to move back our appointment on the day of service. They also had some difficulty locating us and the two ladies who arrived to clean did not bring a vacuum cleaner. But, they offered to return at a later date to vacuum at no additional charge. Unfortunately, that would have been an inconvenience for us. We also played phone tag with Christian (manager?) a couple of times. However, we were more than pleased with the service and once we finally relocate, we would certainly consider hiring them as our regular cleaning service provider.
Description of Work: We hired Superior to clean a 2200 sf 70s era ranch house that is not lived in regularly, but is cleaned professionally each time we stay. I should also note that it is carpeted throughout and we have two dogs.

+ -1 moreThey did a very thorough job. My large tub in the master bath was never as clean and bright as when the two ladies completed the job. I have had other cleaning services that were good and less expensive but this company was excellent. Mercedes was a pleasure to deal with I am impressed and will use them in the future.I would also recommend them highly to others.
Description of Work: Two of Mercedes employees came in to do the 2 hours each of housecleaning special that I purchased on Angies List. I knew two hours would not be enough time to complete the task. They worked very steadily and did a great job. When I asked them to remain and clean those things that were important to me, they gladly accommodated my request. They spent an additional two hours. They cleaned floors, wiped down doors, dusted everything including blinds, scrubbed three full baths and my kitchen. They got down underneath the furniture to dust and clean those areas well, they moved furniture as they could to clean thoroughly. They were excellent.

+ -1 moreGreat! I needed a good, reliable cleaning service where I didn't have to repeat the same requests every week for cleaning my house. I had grown tired of telling my prior service every week to please clean my bathroom! So, I checked Angie's list, found the great reviews for Superior Cleaning, called, Mercedes came to my home the next day for an estimate. She was able to clean on the day I needed and sent two wonderful girls to do the job. I am very pleased.
Description of Work: I have been using Superior Cleaning service for several months now and am so happy with them. The girls assigned to clean my house are friendly, kind and so nice. They are great at what they do and want to please me as a customer. They want to do their best and they do such a great job. I love Karla and Rosa! Mercedes is very prompt in responding to any questions and she too wants only to please her customers. She is wonderful to do business with. I am so happy to have found them and I found them on Angie's list! I highly recommend this great company!

+ 1 moreThey did everything I wanted and got my downstairs cleaner than I thought possible after all the renovation mess from having to replace the floors. They exceeded my expectations.
Description of Work: We had a water leak that flooded most of our downstairs. All the floors downstairs are hardwood so the entire floor had to be replaced. I had cleaned several times but just could not seem to get all the dust. I did not want to move items back into the downstairs until I felt it was truly clean. I went on Angie's List and chose Superior Cleaning since they mentioned "move-in, move-out" cleaning services. I called them on a Friday and they sent 2 women that Monday. They were outstanding. They worked 4 solid hours cleaning every surface from the ceilings to the fixtures to the baseboards to the floors and my kitchen is so clean it is literally gleaming and the granite and appliances look brand new again. Not a speck of dust anywhere. They were professional, caring, understood my situation and and made sure I was happy with their work. Even my husband came home and said "Wow" for he could see the huge difference they had made. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and neighbors. Great experience!

She asked me to email the details of what I wanted done after our phone call and she said that she would contact me to set something up for the next week. I emailed the details, and I never heard back from her. I tried to call again, and reached her. I told her I had people coming in from out of town the following week, and wanted to freshen up the house for that. We went over the dates and she asked if she could call me back within the hour to set something up. I waited the hour but never heard back from her. I had not heard back from her the next day, or the whole week, so, I just did the work myself. I gave her D's instead of an F because she is quite polite, but it was frustrating and a waste of my time.

+ -1 moreSuperior Cleaning is great! I hired them because of Angie's List and a friend who's been using Mercedes and her team for years. I have not been disappointed. Someone came to my house to give me a quote two days after my request, and because of scheduling mixup Mercedes actually came out too; it was nice to meet the owner and have her provide details about the cleaning service. I have a 2400 sq. ft. house and Mercedes worked with me on the price - great customer service! After the first cleaning I emailed Mercedes to ask a few questions and she called me to personally answer them. I will definitely continue to use Superior Cleaning and will happily recommend their services to others.
Description of Work: Mercedes and her team created a monthly cleaning plan for me even before the first cleaning and emailed it to me. I like this feature and have put all future cleaning dates on my calendar already. Two team members showed up at my house right on time for the first cleaning. I was there to meet them, but couldn't stay the whole time, so I walked one of the ladies through the house to talk about a few details. The girls cleaned very thoroughly, and I am pretty sure they even cleaned our windows (we do not have blinds). I also left our master bedroom sheets in the dryer and they put the sheets back on the bed. The house was spotless and looked great when I came home after work!

+ -1 moreI called Mercedes on a Monday to ask if they could schedule the move-out cleaning the following Saturday and she said they could (nice). The cleaning crew (2 women) arrived right on time at 9:00 and cleaned a 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment by 12:00. They cleaned the baseboards, window sills, ceiling fans, bathrooms and kitchen and laundry room , including cleaning out the refrigerator. They did a really good job and we were very happy with the results. I'll use them again.
