The cleaning was thorough but they weren't as careful as one would hope. For example, in dusting they accidentally disconnected my pc monitor, the bathroom drain stopper was broken and shower stall faucet was dripping. I am aware that mechanical things break--if they had pointed them out, I wasn't going to blame them. Surely they noticed. I then needed to call a plumber to fix theses issues.

I purchased the Angie's list big deal but was never able to get in touch with the provider. Lost $70 on the "deal"!

The cleaning was thorough and the ladies were very polite. They were late for their appointment and I had to call to get an updated arrival time. The office manager apologized and was very responsive.

They arrived promptly. When they left, my place looked so clean, I asked my neighbor to come over and look. It had never before looked that clean and shiny. I was amazed.

They did a fine job of cleaning. I was asked by the owner to provide a prioritized list before which I did. However, the cleaners were not provided the list in advance so they did not have time to follow the list.

The job went great, they arrived on time and did exactly what they said they would. The results were terrific and I definitely recommend them.

Overall, I would say they did a fair job with the cleaning. On the moving out cleaning, they were 2 hours late, because they could not find home despite my attempts to give them directions. I had to ask them to go back and re clean two of the toilets. They did not clean the insides of the cabinets and the floors were not cleaned as well as I would have liked.

I purchased Superior Cleaning's Big Deal...4 hours of housecleaning for $79. Mercedes arranged for Carla an Gabby to come to my home on 4/22/13. They arrived promptly, we talked about what needed to be done, and they went right to work. They were excellent. I was pleased with their work.

Not good, I called them to schedule the cleaning date and they ask alot of questions. How many rooms, how many baths, what is my top priority? what do I want them to clean the most....Then two days prior to the appointment, I had to email them once again my name, address, top priorities of cleaning etc. ( which I really did not find professional since I had given them my name, address etc.). The 2 ladies did arrive on time but did not speak english. I am sorry but we are in america and if I cannot communicate with the people that work for me and are cleaning my house it does create problems. The head lady that was in charge that was at my house could not communicate with me and spent my paid time on the phone with the lady that speaks english that heads up the company. What really bothered me was the one lady went around my house taking pictures of my house with her cell phone. Then sending them to who know who? That really made me feel unsafe. The head lady got me on the phone and informed me that they were only going to do a few rooms. I could not believe that they were so unprofessional and they had not even gotten started and had already told me what rooms they would complete! It the end of two hours and 15 mins, these two ladies only completed two bathrooms!!!!!!!!! and swept my kitchen onl! For 80.00 coupon that was suppose to be worth more than that I only recieved my master bath and my sons bathroom cleaned and the kitchen swept. They did not even dust the blinds in those bathrooms. Their ideal of a mop was a broom pushing a wet hand towel around! Their vacumn cleaner was not appriotiate for hardwoods and carpet. It was cheap and dated. All in all, it was a very upsetting job and and terrible day for me to take time off from work and to be home to have what I thought was going to be a treat to have someone clean my house! I would never recommend them!!!!!!!!

Superior's work was thorough & impeccable. And would recommend them. We tend to be more interested in quantity than quality generally. So, for the money, would likely use another service in the future.

The job went well, they did a really nice job and worked hard for all four hours. They identified the spots that needed extra attention and even had some time left over where they cleaned a few things I wasn't expecting them to be able to.

Over all it was a "fine" job. They did call and have to reschedule our appointment due to staffing issues. When the girls came they were quick and got the job done on time. I was a little disappointed with the dusting job they did. I did not feel it was as thorough as it should have been. They fluffed all the towels and tissue boxes and made it look nice but I would have rather had them spending the time on other cleaning.

It went well with the cleaning, setting up appointment took more time.

Overall good. They missed several big surfaces that I had to clean myself but, again, overall ok.

I purchased a Big Deal and contact Mercedes who was very kind and responsive. She worked with me on the dates that I needed. She was very upfront with explaining her staff would do what they could in the allotted time. I had a very long list of items to be cleaned and she worked with me on the prioritization. As it got closer, Mercedes made sure to call me to confirm and to again stress the girls would do what they could. The staff arrived on time, as scheduled and got right to work. Although they were not able to finish my list, the work they did was good. On that day, Mercedes phoned me to explain what they would not be able to finish and asked if I wanted to get more time. I declined but not due to anything on their part.

Did not show up on the scheduled date; I called to reschedule; rep was argumentative and discourteous. She told me I had to provide all cleaning supplies and equipment, and only a certain brand. When I advised this was not in the ad, she continued to argue. I only allowed her in my home because I had already paid. And then she was three hours late. I will never use her service again.

They did all the cleaning. The only thing they didn’t clean were the ceiling fans but I did not mention that to them. I have no complaints. They did a wonderful job.

Superior Cleaning Service Inc. was very thorough. What they did, they did well. They were hard workers.

They did a mediocre job and seemed to be killing time until the 2 hours were up. We ended going back over what they did. Can not recommend them.

I purchased this special and send an email to the email supplied but received no response about my purchase. I then reached out to the company by phone and she said the email was not working at the time, so I don't think I would recommend email as initial contact. I spoke with Mercedes (owner) by phone about 4 days after I made the purchase in an attempt to schedule first cleaning. We were able to later finalize a date by email. I had read previous reviews about wood floors and size of the house so I wanted to supply Mercedes with some information about my house and the time it may take to clean it. I made her aware that I had hardwood on entire bottom floor and bathrooms would need deep cleaning. We had a disconnect about the time and work to be done. We were able to clear things up after a few conversations, but I think some of this could have been avoided if their were a brief survey about your home, especially if there is no prior walk through of the house. The apt was scheduled for 8am and the staff arrived only a few minutes after which was not an issue. I was pleased with the work the ladies did. I was not in agreement with the amount of time used from my 12 hr special but Mercedes was accommodating in this situation when I expressed my concerns. I have security system that logs entry, exit, etc and there was an issue the ladies not being able to get the garage down, which was all a part of the original time, times 2 ,as there were 2 people working. So I am happy to say we came to a compromise. Owner was responsive and professional. I learned that time starts when they walk in the door to when they exit for the last time.

The owner is very responsive. They do a thorough job and do what you ask.

Overall I had a really good experience with this company and have continued bi-weekly service with them. My experience: I contacted the company via email telling them I bought the 4 hour deal on Angie's list and I explained what I wanted done around the house. Cristian responded promptly to my request and was able to get someone scheduled within a few days to come by and clean. A quick turn around was important to me because I was 9 months pregnant and due any day :) On the day of the scheduled service Pam arrived right on time and was very personable. She listened to what I wanted done, and cleaned everything very thoroughly. My blinds, floors and everything in between never looked better! I was so happy with the service that I decided to continue with them on a bi-weekly basis. I am very happy with their prompt responses and professionalism. Pam is great and I am very happy I contacted this company.

This was a terrible experience.I was not going to write a review because I thought this was maybe a one time mess up on their part, but DiCi cleaning services' consistent incompetence has left me no choice. First, I waited at home all day for them to show up for a cleaning service, for which they never showed up. They apologized offered me 4 free hours of service and then rescheduled for Friday. Friday comes around, we have guests coming in to town at 7pm and AGAIN I wait at home all day when finally one cleaning woman shows up at 5:30pm. Our guests are arriving soon so I told her to leave. Again, DiCi apologizes and offers 4 more free hours of cleaning. So, they finally show up (2 hours late) for the third try at this, clean the house, but in the mean time throw out a broken spoon rest that I was intending to fix, knock olive spears into our garbage disposal, which later clogged the disposal and ruined the spears. When I wrote to them explaining the damages, they just didn't write back. So, I figured what the h***, I'll just let them come back one more time for a free cleaning and then that's it. The next time they did get here ( late) and cleaned well and nothing broke. Then, a week later I get an email to schedule another service that I very directly refused, but guess what, they showed up anyway. We turned them away and NOW I just got a call to collect payment on that last service that I refused, nor scheduled in the first place. I'm usually a pretty nice, understanding person who realizes that everyone screws up a little sometimes, but their consistent inability to schedule and manage a business has led me to write this review. Angie's List is insane for rating this business so high. In fact, I'm also canceling my Angie's List subscription. Terrible!

After 3 weeks of trying to schedule an appt with these people, it took my request for a refund to actually get a response from the local provider. Each request was before a large social gathering at my house, and their services would have been appreciated. Instead, my husband, kids, and I had to run around and do the job. I do not recommend this company and would never again attempt to do business with them.
