Staging Charlotte

Phyllis Graham came to my brand new house in July to get a first impression. After less than hour she charged me $140 and left me with recommendations how we could possibly stage the downstairs. She was late and left early, but charged me for the full hour, even though her online offer states they provide 2 hr consultation for staging/home prep at no charge if awarded the job. Well she was awarded the job but never showed up again. With the promise she will call me back with a date to go into details she left. Since she did not call me back, I tried to contact her. Email and text as well as most my phone message were left unanswered - this went on over the course of 2 months. I was able to catch her on the phone again in August and early October where she promised me she would come the next day. I waited at home and she did not show up, nor did she cancel. I would have preferred if she told me she does not want to stage my house since it does not promise as much return as staging DR Horton homes. I think no matter how good a person is in their job, if they are unresponsive to their customer it is a very unprofessional manner on doing business and will eventually result in bad return.

Staging Charlotte first surveyed the house, then made recommendations with a bid. They suggested things we didn't even know to ask about, found the materials, used their workmen (or subs), and completed the work. They selected and installed granite countertops in the kitchen and baths, selected paint colors, painted most of the rooms, furnished the house in a way that maximized the space and suggested various uses for the rooms. They also appointed the house attractively--and changed out medicine cabinets with pretty mirrors, etc. The house was literally transformed.
