Description of Work: Called company to setup appointment and he mentioned he is very busy and would not be able to complete work for at least a month out. Also mentioned it is possible that I could only get a 1 hour notice to begin work due to his busy schedule, that does not work for me due to my work hours.

It is unfortunate that I was not able to take care of your needs as soon as you wanted but it is even more unfortunate and unfair that you see fit to give me a bad grade because I am very very busy and could not get to your work as soon as you would have liked. You could have called prior to your purchase to find out when I could get to your work, but then again it is much easier for you to bad mouth my business and tarnish my hard work because you didn't call first to see how busy I was.

Description of Work: I purchased a gutter cleaning for my home on Friday the 16th of February. I called him on Monday the 19th to introduce myself & schedule the job. He said he saw my order & was going to get around to calling me soon. But he was on a job at the time I called him & he asked if he could call me back. I said yes. It has been a month now & no call as of yet. I have no desire to do business with him at this point.
