Squeegee Man Window & Gutter Cleaning

I don't like giving anything less than A+ to Angie's List providers but I can't in this case. After having a week to think about it I decided to write this review more so the service provider learns from it than the consumer. I bought the $99 gutter cleaning special Squeegee Man offered and the gutters were cleared within a couple of days. Responsiveness was excellent. I had also asked in a message that a Frisbee be removed from the roof while the service was being performed, since they were on the roof anyway. All of that was completed. So why not a straight A? Well, the Frisbee was indeed removed but then just haphazardly thrown into the front yard. I figured maybe they could have set it on the nearby bench on the porch, or propped it against the garage or hose reel. Nope, just tossed down into the yard and left there. But that wasn't the main thing. Their service clearly stated that they would remove debris and check to make sure the water flowed through the gutter drains. When I arrived home I saw no evidence that they tested for blockages in the down spouts. Usually when my gutters are cleaned I come home and see damp grass or puddles where the hose was clearly used. Not in this case. I think they literally came over, pulled out the leaves, threw down the Frisbee and left. No effort was made to shoot water down the gutter and that became even more clear during a recent storm where the gutter in the back was blocked and overflowed even after they did their work. Also some of the debris and sludge was still visible overhanging the gutter leaving a messy appearance instead of being rinsed off. Yes, they performed the service but not at an A+ level.

It all went fine. Second time we've used him for window cleaning. First time we've used him for mildew cleaning. Have recommended him to friends and co-workers.

It rained this week and the water is not running over the gutters so it worked.

I purchased an Angie's deal to have the gutters cleaned. Someone contacted me shortly after the service to schedule a date to clean the gutters. Everything went according to plan, on time--they did a good job!

It went great! I've used this company twice before and they always do a great job. They came on the date/day promised. They worked quickly and thoroughly and were totally professional and courteous. I plan to continue to purchase their services. 'best gutter cleaning that I've had since I've been in North Carolina (10 years) and I'm grateful to have found them.

He did a nice job. Cleaned up afterward. My only 2 issues are: > He never told me when he was coming. I had specifically said to schedule the visit as I may have dogs in the yard. > Since my square footage was more than the max, I was charged an additional $25. Not a problem, but he only accepts checks and I don't use checks at all. Don't have any. Doesn't accept credit cards or Paypal. Had to set him up as a payee in my online banking.

My gutters were filled to the brim and the provider patiently took his time and cleaned them. He made sure my down sprouts were clear also. It took about an hour. He was on time, and he trexted me when he was outside my home. He was very pleasant and professional. I will defintely use Squeegee Man Window & Gutter Cleaning.

I did not go on the roof to inspect. It looked like they got a lot of stuff from the roof. I had to point out a stopped up down pipe on the garage. They took care of it. I don't know if they checked and cleaned the other down pipes.

I bought an Angie's List deal for gutter cleaning. I had just moved into the house and needed it done right away. The appointment setup process went smoothly. I was not home at the time the provider came to my house but when I got home the roof, gutters, and my deck had been cleared of all leaves and other debris.

Great job! Showed up when he said he would and got right to work. It took him less than 45 minutes on my 1600 s.f. house. He cleared the gutters by hand and then blew everything out with a leaf blower. He even blew the leaves off the whole roof. My only disappointment was that he couldn't get to me until about two weeks after I bought the deal, but that's my fault for waiting until so late in the season. I think I'm going to contact them again in the spring for some pressure washing! We're very pleased with the service we received.

The team arrived when they said they would, and worked quickly but thoroughly to clean all of my gutters. It cost a bit more than the $99 deal to clean the extra gutters above my detached garage, but it was worth it. Great service, professionally done.
