Description of Work: When contacted via email by service provider I was notified to expect an up charge of up to 50% based on the square footage of the house. I am unsure where they obtained this information as no one has come for an inspection of the property in question. I pointed out to them that the square footage they were quoting included the basement. At this point they told me that due to the extra height of the property it is riskier for them therefore more expensive to me. The gutters are accessible with a step ladder and are not high. All this communication was done without them ever looking at the job and I don't operate that way. I do not wish to do business with them.

Description of Work: I contacted Squeegee Man to clean the gutters to my house. He was quick to respond and was good enough to let me know that the size of the house would result in a small surcharge; which was acceptable. When he got rained out on the initial apointment he let me know and advised as to an alternative day he would do the work. The work was done well and I was kept informed. I've used his service twice and would do so again without hesitation.
