Squeegee Man Window & Gutter Cleaning

Description of Work: Purchased the deal of $160 for 20 windows on a Monday. Joe contacted me on Thursday indicating he could have his crew come out the next day, Friday. He indicated he would call me as to the time for he had a client who wasn't sure if they would have the windows cleaned on Friday or not. So it may not be first thing Friday but perhaps later. He was to call me either way. I was fine with that. | |I finally called the Squeegee Man office and left a message that I hadn't heard from anyone and I had been waiting all day for them to come. Joe did call me back and apologized profusely saying he forgot but he would be there on Monday at 8:30. They arrived and said that since I had 32 windows, it would be another $100. I asked if I could get a discount because of the screw-up on Friday. Tray (I think) called Joe and said they would give me $30 off. When I asked for possibly an additional $20 off, Joe called me and indignantly indicated that he cannot do the work for free. | |I cancelled the deal and booked with Pastor Cleaning and had all my windows cleaned and my two outside glass tables done for $240. He was willing to give me a Senior discount but I asked him to clean the tables instead. He counted my windows at 31 nor 32. Jose (the owner),Alfredo and Diego were absolutely wonderful, courteous and very efficient. Would use them in a heartbeat.

Description of Work: OK except only cleaned window pane and not frame that had black dust or soot on it - one guy took time to scrap windows and the other did not and because there was black stuff on frame & he did not wipe now black soap suds off frame and dropped black dirty water on carpet and lanoleum
