Excellent cleaning results from a courteous and professional service.

Jeff was very professional, calling the night before to confirm the appointment. He was about 20 minutes late for the appointment due to being lost, but his work was excellent. They performed the work quickly by hand cleaning the gutters and rinsing with water. I am very pleased with their work.

They did a great job. They were able to schedule us 2 days after I initially called and was quoted a price range of $95-$125 over the phone. They were on time and the crew finished the job in about 45 minutes. I did not notice any debris on the ground afterwards.

They brought a crew of four. Jeff supervised the job himself. They had to climb very high to reach the gutters on the right side of the house, so the price was quite reasonable for the job. They did a thorough job and left no mess. It was an excellent experience and I will definitely call him again.

It was great. He is prompt. He came when he said he would come. He gave me a reminder call the night before. Everything was great.

Ruben, who covers the north end of Charlotte, came out and provided an estimate on cleaning the house, deck and exterior windows. He advised us that the deck railing was in good shape and didn't need to be pressure washed, which saved a significant amount of money. Ruben removed the screens and replaced them after washing. The house and deck look wonderful after the washing. Our windows were cleaned without any streaks or spots. We will definitely use Squeegie Man next year.

They cleaned the windows in my home inside and out. I don't recall the exact price, but I remember that it was reasonable, and they did a great job. I will be calling them again soon.

The service was excellent. They did a thorough job, and cleaned up all of the leaves and removed them from my property.

I had to phone a couple of times, but once the appointment was made, he was on time, very polite and efficient. The job took 1 hour for 2 men and considering that they had to climb very high on their ladders, I thought the cost was pretty reasonable. Some other quotes I got were just ridiculous - eg $1200 for 'an annual cleaning contract- who needs one! When he left he assured me that the work was guaranteed. I would recommend them.

Jeff was very prompt to return my call, quick to give me an estimate and the work was excellent. I had to wait for a few months before writing a report because I needed a good rain storm to evaluate his work :).

They answered their cell phone the first time I called; it was so nice to speak to someone directly, not an answering machine. They came and cleaned the gutters within two days of my phone call, and they were approximately $30.00 cheaper than another service, who was not going to be able to come for a month. I would definitely recommend Squeegie Man to all.

Excellent!! I am going on a quarterly service for the gutters. I will use this firm for all my window cleaning and gutter cleaning (separate fee) needs, and highly recommend them. Fast, efficient, courteous, and beautiful work.

WASN'T ABLE TO GET DISCOLORING OUT OF PARTS OF DECK.

I CALLED ABOUT TWO WEEKS AGO TO GET AN ESTIMATE FOR SOME PRESSURE WASHING AND WINDOW CLEANING. I SPOKE TO MR STAUFFENBERG; HE ASKED ME TO CALL BACK AND LEAVE MY NAME AND PHONE NUMBER ON HIS ANSWERING MACHINE. HE SAID HE WOULD CALL ME BACK TO SET UP A TIME TO COME OUT AND GIVE AN ESTIMATE. I AM STILL WAITING FOR HIS RETURN CALL. I DO HAVE AN ANSWERING MACHINE AND CALLER ID. IF MR STAUFFENBERG WAS NOT INTERESTED IN DOING THE JOB, OR IF HE WAS TOO BUSY, HE SHOULD HAVE SAID SO THE FIRST TIME I SPOKE TO HIM.

WORKMEN WERE ALWAYS ON TIME, VERY POLITE AND COURTEOUS. I'VE NEVER SEEN MY WINDOWS LOOK SO CLEAN AND THE GUTTERS LOOK BRAND NEW. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND FELT THEIR PRICE WAS VERY FAIR.

USED THEM TWICE NOW AND HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK.

VERY PROMPT IN RETURNING PHONE CALLS AND SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS. GIVES REMINDER CALLS ABOUT WHEN THEY ARE COMING. REMOVED ALL DEBRIS SO WELL THAT I COULD NOT EVEN TELL THAT THEY HAD BEEN HERE.

OVERALL WE WERE GENERALLY PLEASED WITH THE EFFORT. I WAS PUT OFF A BIT HOWEVER WHEN I ASKED THAT THEY REPLACE A SPOT LIGHT (THAT I PROVIDED) THAT WAS RIGHT NEXT TO THE GUTTERS AND THEY SAID ''SURE... FOR AN EXTRA FIVE DOLLARS''.

FOUR DAYS LATER HE RETURNED MY CALL. THE DAY HE DID HE SAID I WOULD HAVE AN ESTIMATE IN MY MAIL BOX BETWEEN NOON AND THREE. I CHECKED AT 8 PM AND IT WAS NOT THERE. I WILL FIND SOMEONE ELSE.

PROMPT, RESPONDED QUICKLY TO MY INITIAL CALL, AND DID GOOD WORK.

WE HAVE USED HIM IN THE PAST AND HE DOES A VERY GOOD JOB.

HE CALLED AND GAVE ME A REMINDER OF APPOINTMENT. HE CAME EXACTLY WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. HE DID THE INSIDE FIRST SO I COULD LEAVE AND THEN DID THE OUTSIDE. HE WAS JUST GREAT!! I WOULD USE HIM AGAIN.
