Squeegee Man Window & Gutter Cleaning

My neighbors and I hired Windows 2 Gutters to clean our neighbor's house. She is a widow and was out of town, so we were "sprucing" up her yard and outdoors as a surprise. Ruben called me back over the holiday weekend and came to my neighbor's house within 24 hours to clean out the gutters. He was wonderful in helping us get this down so not to ruin the surprise. He even gave us a discount since we were helping our neighbor. He was great and we would definitely hire him again!

They are an excellent company; Jeff gave me an approximate price prior to coming out and he was very reasonable. The team were very nice and personable and did an excellent job on every area they were contracted to do. I have recommended them to several neighbors.

I called Jeff last June for an estimate, which he promptly supplied. The price was very reasonable and he quoted me both outside washing only and inside/outside. Time got away from me and I never called him to schedule the work. This January, I called him and told him I had his old estimate and was interested in his doing the work and also cleaning the gutters. Jeff scheduled a time the following week AND did not increase his estimate for the window cleaning one penny! I didn't expect him to honor a 7 month old estimate and told him so. He stuck to the estimate and added a very reasonable charge for the gutter cleaning, which was a very challenging job. Everything in the house was moved for cleaning and returned to precisely where it had been. Other than sparkling windows and empty gutters, I couldn't tell that he had been there. He and his crew are friendly and professional!

I got an estimate over the phone and set up an appointment for this job based on Angie's List references. Jeff and his crew of two arrived right on time, got right to work, and finished the job in a timely manner. They cleaned the gutters, then moved on to the windows, and did a good job with both. They were also very personable and efficient. I will definitely call Squeegie Man when it's time to do these jobs again.

Jeff was available to do the job about 5 days after my initial conversation with him. Regarding a price quote, I was given the quote/price when he arrived for the job. Although I had a great deal of pre-Christmas errands to run, he was insistent about my being at home, as he said, "so I can get paid." As a result, I stayed home and waited for Jeff and his crew (they arrived late) but as soon as I wrote the check, I had to leave to get my children from school. Upon returning home, I found my patio set moved (obviously for cleaning gutters), I had to put it back in its original place. Also, I can see the inside of the gutters from my upstairs windows and I noticed that there was a significant amount of dirt still in the gutters. I guess I expected the dirt to be removed as it may cause things to settle in the future. Unfortunately, the crew had left by the time I got home and I have not spoken with Jeff since. I will go with a different group next time.

Everyone that came to work on my windows was courteous and showed up on time. They did a fabulous job, my windows have never looked this good. The owner called me the night before to verify our appointment. He was extremely nice and I will recommend Squeegie Man to everyone I know. Everything went very well. When I made my initial call and left a message, Jeff returned my call later that day; he answered my questions thoroughly and provided an estimate (which turned out to be the amount charged). On the day of the appointment, Jeff and his crew arrived on time. They were very professional and pleasant while here, and the quality of their work was excellent. (I don't know how the price compares to other companies since I didn't get any other quotes.)

Had to reschedule at the last minute and they were very accommodating. The owner and his crew arrived on time and the process took about as long as he said it would. Very pleased with their work and will hire again next year.

They arrived on time, were very nice and professional; I was quite happy with the work and it was done in a timely manner with very reasonable rates. I called to schedule, and they were very communicative. I would use them again!

They were prompt and quick. Very quick. However, I had not heard any water run when he came to get his check, so I asked if they had flushed out the gutters and he said, ''No, we don't do that. We know if they are plugged up.'' (???) ''If you have a problem, call me.'' Although I expected the gutters to be flushed, this was my first time having this done and I didn't know for sure if that was standard practice or not. Unfortunately if I ''have a problem,'' by the time I discover it, it will have undoubtedly caused damage. I wanted my gutters cleaned to avoid that possibility. I was not comfortable with what he said so I checked with several other gutter cleaning companies. As I believed, the ones I called (high on Angie's list) do flush out the gutters. I also checked the gutters that I could reach at the front of the house and they still contained dirt/mud/sand.

He was wonderful. I had originally scheduled it for a different day, but the weather report for that evening was a rainstorm with heavy winds. He called me that morning and gave me the option to postpone the windows if I wanted. He did not want me to pay the money and then have the storm mess them right back up. I opted to postpone. I appreciated him calling me and giving me that option, so that I didn't feel guilty. He and his crew were very friendly, courteous and professional.

A terrific experience! They were efficient, pleasant, did a wonderful job of cleaning, and left my home better than when they arrived. I really appreciate their expertise and professionalism. I will use them again next time I am in need!

Squeegie Man himself called the night before to verify our appointment;he arrived on time with the equipment for the job and two crew members. Two people started cleaning on the inside while the other started removing storm windows to clean them on the ground. We found them to be efficient, courteous and exacting. They cleaned a total of twenty windows up and down stairs and cleaned out the gutters on the first and second story roof in just over four hours. The work area was left clean, including the debris from the gutters! We will definitely recommend this service to family and friends.

Jeff is just great. He and 2 other men cleaned our very filthy windows, sills, and chandelier to a sparkle. They are very professional and worked quickly, quietly, and very neatly. The only way you could tell they'd been in my house was the beautifully clean windows!! They carefully moved furniture away from windows and replaced it perfectly when they were done. They'll be cleaning our windows every year!!

Jeff was quick to answer my call, quick to schedule, and quick to get the work done. When I think of the time and bodily risk we have taken to do this job ourselves in the past, I am extremely happy with Jeff and his team, and will have them back regularly.

Initially did not give estimate in timely fashion, but after I called back, he came right over and gave an estimate. He worked with two employees and did a great job. Would use his company again.
