Squeegee Man Window & Gutter Cleaning

They were very quick, neat and on time and the windows were clean and they were pleasant to deal with. I will be having them back to do the upstairs windows. They were very responsive.

They were punctual and all the things you look for in a service provider. I thought the price was fine. I originally found them on Angie's List. My children have recently used them as well.

They did the exterior of the windows, but I've had them do inside and outside in the past and they are so careful, I've never had an issue. They don't leave anything a mess, same with the gutters. It's all very neat and clean.

My windows look so beautiful!!! I forgot how nice it is to have the light shine through without the layer of dirt and pollen. Squeegie Man consistently does a great job and I am very grateful. My gutters hadn't been done in a while and were very full. One gutter was falling off but Jeff fixed it without issue. I wouldn't have even known that he just fixed it if I hadn't asked. They just consistently do a really great job. I have used them for years.

I called Jeff in late December to schedule having the gutters on my house cleaned. He was very nice, quoted an approximate price, and said the crew could come while I was out of town, the week between Christmas and New Years. He said he'd bill me for the service. So far, great. The college student who was house sitting said the crew came as scheduled, set up ladders on the front of the house, stayed about 2 minutes and left. She thought it was because she'd let the dogs out in the back yard and they were barking. I called Jeff the next week to see about rescheduling. He said the crew left because the gutter screens were screwed down, and that the screens would have to be removed before the gutters could be cleaned, which would cost as much as having the screens installed in the first place (which was $1200). I asked him if he could personally check the gutters to make sure the screens really were screwed down (no one who'd cleaned the gutters in the past had mentioned this). He became rather surley, and said he'd try to get out there, but it was too cold to clean them anyway. I said there was no hurry. It's now more than 3 months later, and I've never heard another word from The Squeegee Man. I checked the gutters at the part of the house I can reach, and the screens are NOT screwed down....they pop up from the front of the gutter just like they're supposed to. I expected better service from a company with such a high rating on Angie's List. Obviously they don't need or want my business.

I called Squeegee Man and left a message on voicemail. My call was returned later that same evening and was able to quote me over the phone based on the square footage of my home. The price was extremely reasonable given the size and height of our home. Work was performed within 48 hours and he left an invoice with us the same day. Great job from start to finish. I will definetely call Squeegee Man again for our next cleaning.

Squeegie Man did a great job! They removed (i.e. bagged and disposed) all debris that were in my gutter.

Jeff showed up on time and did a good job. I had requested that he do the work himself versus one of his employees, and he followed through on that promise. I was familiar with Jeff's work, as he has washed our windows and cleaned our gutters several times in the past. Jeff did a thorough job and the driveway and sidewalks look very nice.

First appointment was cancelled due to his daughter's basketball game. Then he called the next day, Sunday, and told me he could come that morning. We were going to church and even though I said we'd be back by noon he said that was too late. He told me it's hard to get up to university, although that is listed in the coverage area, but he was sure he could get it done. That was over a month ago and I have heard nothing else from this firm.

Excellent job! Other companies I called would only schedule someone to come out and give a quote, then you would have to schedule for them to come out and clean. From the time I called until the time many would have been able to schedule cleaning was 3-4 weeks. Jim was able to give us a rough estimate over the phone and was able to come out to give a final quote and clean on the same day. I will definitely use Jim next year.

This company came out and gave us an estimate which was what I ended up paying. From what research I did, this company was competitively priced. They were very accommodating when I requested projects to be done above my initial work. They did an excellent job and would use them again in the future. I have even recommended them to friends and family.

We decided to use Squeegie Man because of the reviews on Angie's List. His price was right and we were looking for a new company. In the past, we haven't had good experience with window cleaners. Anyways, he was great. He showed up on time, was thorough, and left the area neat. We have mullins in our windows and it makes them hard to clean. They must all be removed, cleaned, then put back. Every company seems to have problems with them but he did the best job. They stilled needed some fixing after he left but they are tricky. When we hire him again, my husband will show him the right way of putting them back in place. Otherwise, we are very happy with his service and will be using him again!
