Squeegee Man Window & Gutter Cleaning

The first thing they did was come to my home and check out the job. They left me a list for many services with the prices. Since I was only doing the windows at this time, I called and made a appt. Bill showed up on time and started work right away. My windows came out beautifully and I would definitely use them again. I have already recommended them to several friends and I will call them back in the spring to pressure wash my home and polish my gutters.

Great experience. They are thorough, fast and clean. Jeff gave me an estimate over the phone based on the square-footage of our home and stuck to it. Am planning to use them 2x/year.

I called and stated I had 26 outside windows on a 2 story home to be cleaned. I was questioned at this point, "Was I sure it was 26 windows?" I was sure. They arrived and I showed a drawing of the windows to be done as I like doing my own windows on the first level while standing on the back deck. So, to be clear I had a drawing. At this point, it seemed unusual to him that I even had made a drawing and I asked if this was "Overkill"? The indication was Yes, and the picture was not needed. I would say at this point I was feeling like we had a personality conflict. I did not like the attitude. There were 3 people total. When they were done, I came out with the check in hand and was told about the 2 windows that were not cleaned. One window had a storm window with sliding screen and glass. I was told to clean this fully, inside and out, would cost an extra $25. I asked if they even washed the outside of the window and was told," no." The second window had an arbor under it. I was told that it would be dangerous to attempt to clean it. I asked about using a ladder and a pole with extension head and was told "no," it could not be done. I was not happy about this as no one knocked on my door during the work to tell me of these 2 windows not being cleaned. Interestingly, the previous window cleaner And the following window cleaner (Not SqueeGee Man) were able to clean the window above the arbor without difficulty or risk. I consider it unprofessional and poor communication on their part, not to inform me of the problems and then take the original estimated payment even though not all windows were done. To the Angie's List member: Be sure you understand what can and cannot be done at the beginning of the job. If you think the service provider is not accommodating your needs, speak up. Maybe someone (not me) was having a bad day. But in the end I was not happy with how I was treated. The windows that were cleaned were fine. I found another company that I am much happier with and will contact in the future.

They were excellent. I asked them to take pictures, and they do so happily. They arrived on time and finished the quickly. Everything was left clean, and I would use them again.

The gutter cleaning was excellent; perfect. The technicians were very professional, good at what they did, cleaned up their trash & mess, and didn't destroy anything during the process (other than my mess in the gutters). I'd recommend them.

I had used the Squeegee Man previously about three years ago. The Squeegee Man and his crew arrived about two minutes after they said they would be there. They got right to work and had to deal with old windows and storm windows which are original to the house which was built in the sixties. They were remarkable in that they were able to open all but one of the windows. They were conscientious and methodical in their work. They started at about 8:30 and finished around 11:00 despite the terrible shower and thunderstorm that hit the neighborhood. They continued to work through the rain and got soaked in the process. I was very pleased to see that despite the rain and moisture that they had to deal with, the windows had undergone a complete transformation. They look bright and new. I think they did an excellent job overall and hope to use them again in the future.

Called to schedule an appointment. I had to call back after 3 days to make sure I was not forgotten. He claimed I wasn't. Scheduled an appointment and was told I would receive a call the night before to confirm. Received the confirmation call as stated and was given an estimated time of arrival. The crew arrived in that time frame. They were very professional and respectful. This is the second time I used this company. I would use them again.

Prompt, thorough, efficient - great value for the $$$. I've used Squeegee Man before, and I'll be using them again. They do a fabulous job and I can always depend on them to be here when they say they will. Dependability is very important to me and this company is dependable!!!!

The price was right for the service. It made the whole house look a shade lighter. We thought we were on the brink of needing the house painted and this seemed to allow us to put that off a bit.

Sterling company. Job came in within $5.00 of the estimate. They were on time, courteous and very professional. Not to stretch a point too much, but some of the windows are so clean that you almost can't tell there is a window there.We understand that they also do gutter cleaning, for which we intend to use them again. Highly recommended.

I like another company much better. We just had our roof done and he left a lot of nails stuck in the rainspout so I didn't think he was very thorough. He was average and I'm going to go back to the other company I used before. He was just okay.

I use Jeff every year, sometimes twice a year, to clean my gutters and he always does a great job..

It went very well. They were organized and had a methodology to doing the windows. All of the windows have wooden inserts that needed to be removed before the windows could be cleaned. They were taken out carefully and reinstalled carefully although I did have to go finish snapping a handfull of them that were not fully inserted in some areas. Our window are very tall and they cleaned them with no problem and no marks on the wood floors from the ladders. Outside they cleaned 3 story windows with no problem and worked them over very thoroughly. Cannot believe how much brighter it is in the house! They did an outstanding job and I will be using them again.
