Squeegee Man Window & Gutter Cleaning

He did a good job, no complaints. I was not here when he came out and clean the gutters but to my knowledge, everything was went good. I would use him again. The deal was $99 buy then I got an invoice afterwards for another $34 or $36 so that's kind of misleading and maybe I didn't read the whole advertisement. I will use him again in the future and I'll just make sure I know what I'm getting of the dollar.

They did an excellent job, we were very pleased with their and would recommend them.

Used Angie's List coupon for $99 special. Was prompt in contacting me and performed service when said he would. Gutters were cleaned and no mess left on the ground. Happy with experience.

Jeff has cleaned our gutters several times & we've always been happy with his service. They're punctual, fast, and leave the yard just as they found it -- no mess. This time we had a mix-up on which week he was coming, but it could easily have been my misunderstanding, so it doesn't count. Very good job, as usual.

While the actual service (gutter cleaning) was done satisfactorily, the lack of responsiveness and professionalism of this company was disappointing. I first expressed interest in getting our gutters cleaned via an Angie's List email. I received an email response about five or six days later; however, the email was from a personal email account and it wasn't clear to me that it was actually from this company. The email was very unprofessional as it included no greeting, no reference to Angie's List, and no listing of the company's name, so I thought it was spam and did not respond. The company did follow-up with a phone call a few days later and we discussed a time (Feb. 25th) for the gutter cleaning to occur. He said that unless it was raining, they would be out that day to do the work and leave estimates for power washing and cleaning our windows. On Feb. 25th, we looked at the gutters after work and saw they were not cleaned. I was surprised that we had not received a call or update from the company since the work was not done on the agreed-upon date. On Feb. 26th, we had a paper from the company in our mailbox detailing three types of work (gutters, power washing, windows), plus various amounts. On the paper, the "total cost of job" was left blank. The date on the paper was the 25th (the previous day). As it had been raining all day on the 26th and was dark when we returned home, we assumed the work had not been done that day (and that the company had just come out to do an estimate on all three). I called and left a message saying there must have been a mix-up as we wanted the gutters cleaned. I got a call back right away and the company rep (owner?) was very incredulous and border-line rude when I explained that we thought the gutters were not cleaned. Based on the date on the invoice (the 25th), the date the work was supposed to be done (the 25th) and the fact that it had rained all day on the 26th, it seemed, to us, the work wasn't completed. Instead of being friendly and assuming there had been a mix-up, or explaining that he had cleaned the gutters (but maybe offering to come back if we weren't satisfied, etc.), he made comments about how the gutters were so clean you could eat out of them and he couldn't believe we thought they weren't cleaned, etc. In the end, it was his company that did not do the work on the correct date, did not call to update us when it would be done, did not date the invoice correctly, and did not make it clear which job(s) were completed and which were estimates. We are looking to get our house power-washed and windows cleaned in the Spring, but we will go with a company who is friendly, professional, and timely. Squeegie Man will not have our business again. Update 3/17/13: After posting this review, I was contacted a few days later by the provider. He apologized for the ways things transpired during our interactions. He was polite and professional. I have updated my review to include an increased rating for responsiveness and professionalism. Also, I've updated the price rating to "A" after considering the price offered for the services provided at our home.

They showed up when they said they would and were finished in less than 30 minutes. They didn't leave any mess to clean up either.

Quick to answer with a return call and set up an appointment. Right on time with the appointment. Work completed and are cleaned up in a timely manner.

Very impressed with the quality of work.

It was very easy for me. I didn't need to be home and they came in the afternoon and cleaned my gutters. I then recieved a phone call telling the work was complete. When I got home the gutters were clean but otherwise I would never have known anyone had even been there. I will probably contact them in the future for gutter cleaning.

I was not at home when the gutters were cleaned. When I returned, the leaves on the roof were gone and the gutters were clean. The area around the house was clean also with no leaves dropped onto the patio or porches. They did a very good job and met my expectations completely.

This is the fourth time I have used Squeegee Man for window cleaning and/or gutter cleaning services. They arrive on time and do a great job!. We are always pleased with the level of service we receive. We will continue to use Squeegee man in the future for all our window cleaning and gutter cleaning needs.

Jeff and his team showed up on time and did a great job cleaning the gutters. They also inspected the roof and gutters for damage. They were clean and professional.

This company provides excellent service, and did a quality job. The only comment is that scheduling the work was a process which could be improved. Once the work was scheduled the company arrived on time, came to the door to let us know they had arrived, proceeded to do their work, came to the door to let us know they were done, and left. This company did a thorough job, and my gutters were back in business, being used the next day when it rained. Excellent job!!!!

Purchased the $99 promo. Emailed Jeff asking when he could come out. He responded right away and was able to come 2 days later. Jeff's team showed up right on time and did a great job cleaning all my gutters. Would recommend.

I saw a special on the site that Squeegee Man would clean gutters for $99.00. I called on Monday. The owner (Jerry, I think) made an appointment for the next day between 1 and 2. Josh and Trevor arrived at 1:30. They cleaned the gutters by hand and with blowers. I had bought some metal gutter screens, which they used in the places they could. There is one area of gutter that was not cleaned, which I noticed when I looked down from the second floor. It is a very difficult area to get to either from the ground or from the roof. I would have preferred that they mentioned that one part wasn't done, but I understand the difficulty involved. When they were done, (in less than an hour) Josh told me there was a gutter on the front of the house that was coming apart and had nails hanging. He said he moved it so that new nails would refasten it to the house. I hadn't noticed that, but a neighbor later told me that he saw that gutter hanging loose. (Nice of him to tell me!). I am pleased with the work they did and especially with the price.

They did a great work and price is decent. I would continue to use them.

I called Jeff and left a message. He returned my call and we discussed him coming over to give an estimate. Within a day or two, Jeff left an estimate for cleaning out the gutters and washing the windows inside and out in my mailbox. I called him, we agreed on a day for the service. On that day, Jeff showed up on time with two other crew members. They did an awesome job! Jeff and his crew were very courteous and efficient. I will certainly call Squeegie Man again!

Arrived promptly at the stated time in the morning and work was completed by noon. They did an excellent job. They were courteous and professional as always. This is my third time utilizing Squeegee Man and I will continue to use them in the future.
