Squeegee Man Window & Gutter Cleaning

Overall the experience wasn't bad, but there is a lot of room for improvement with regards to communication. I received a message shortly after purchasing the big deal explaining that due to weather, their schedule was a mess. I understood this and went a full week without hearing from Squeegee Man again. At this point I wrote again asking again them if I could get on the schedule. Shortly thereafter, I received a message in return. 'We will take care of it this Wed. the 14th.' In fact, on the 14th a crew showed up and cleaned my gutters. The crew immediately let me know that there would be an up-charge over what I paid for the big deal. I already knew this as it was clearly communicated in the big deal's description. The crew was in and out so quickly I wasn't even able to ask any questions. I understand there aren't a lot of questions to ask when getting a simple gutter cleaning, however this cleaning is ultimately determining whether or not I need to get larger 6" gutters. I also like the opportunity to validate a job before a crew leaves. There was little mess left behind and overall I am happy. As mentioned, I do believe extra emphasis on communication would go a long way.

i made this appt for next week. The owner tried to call me and text me promptly. I was about to get back to him when his crew showed up. I was very impressed. I just moved in and was out and about when the crew showed up. I guess he decided to just do the job. The crew was great , in and out in @ 20 minutes or so. I would recommend these guys in a heart beat! Thank you.

Squeegee Man was overwhelmed by the response to their Angie's List offer in the Spring. I held onto the coupon, as I needed the job done faster than he could do it, and used it in late July. He communicated his situation very clearly to me back in May, about his timeframe, and was able to accomodate me in late July within a few days of my call.

We bought $99 pre-paid package. Fine print indicated additional cost for existing gutter protection. Company made no contact with customer before performing work. They just showed up one day when my wife and I were out and startled the heck out of our teenage daughter when the started banging around. Never made specific disclosure about the add-on cost for having gutter protection in place (the screens were only on portions of the gutters). Quality of service and punctuality were not an issue, just lack of communication and the $30 add-on which really negated the value of the coupon.

It was a $99 Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased and it was definitely worth it.

It went well, they were here and did the job of cleaning gutters and were gone quickly.

After purchasing the deal on June 16, I heard from 'Squeegy Man' within a day or so saying he was swamped (as per other reviews and I am sure the tremendous amount of rain didn't help) and would get to it when he could, but didn't give me a date. Given the weather circumstances, I was very patient, but I contacted Angie's List and told them he hadn't yet done the work. He called me last week (week of 7/22) and said he didn't see the work order but would make sure it was taken care of and they showed up last week. When they arrived, one of his workers said that they had been here two weeks ago, so I felt really embarrassed except for the fact that they didn't leave a note or doorhanger or anything. They evidently diid a superior job because I didn't have any evidence that they had been there. So in the end I was very satisfied... just would have hoped for a faster completion of the work and notification that it was complete. Given the whacky weather and all, I would still recommend them and will probably use them again in the future.

I contacted the provider twice about cleaning my gutters and both times he said that he will put me on the waiting list and call me back. I have not heard from him since.

Gutters were thoroughly cleaned. No issues of water running over gutters since cleaning. Well done.

I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for this service. He did a good job and it turned out fine. He came out about a week after I purchased the deal, but we had been having some rain so he called and explained the tardiness; it was totally understandable. I had to pay a little bit more, due to the size of my house, but this was explained in advance in his ad. He cleaned up everything after he finished. He does a good job, does not leave a mess and is very courteous and realistic about the time table. His pricing was fair all around, but I was not home when he did the job.

After buying the big deal and making contact it took about a week to get the job done due to high level of response to the big deal. They arrived on time the day scheduled and cleaned gutters on 2 story house. Very professional crew and did the job in about one hour. Would use the again for gutter cleaning.

It took 4 weeks of waiting and several calls to get them to finally show up. They cleaned the gutters ok but left a mess of gutter debris on house, windows, etc. I asked for a price to clean my windows and never heard back from them. I cleaned up the mess left behind and cleaned my own windows.

I bought an Angie's List special from the provider. I contacted him and he was swamped with work and said he would get to me as soom as possible . It took him about 10 days to come to the house. He did a good job.

The only reason I'm not giving an A rating is due to the method of scheduling. As others have stated they immediately return phone calls but then say they will arrive sometime within three weeks but can't say when. I never even knew they came by till I looked up at my gutters one day as the three week deadline approached and noticed the work was complete. They did a great job and left no evidence they were there except the clean gutters.

I read the reviews and thought I found the right company to hire for gutter cleaniing. Sadly, I think Jeff needs a class on phone etiquette and customer service. I tried to schedule an appointment with Jeff and he hung up during our conversation. I tried calling back and it went straight to voicemail. I guess the $99 special has been a blessing and a curse for a for this particluar

He took care of the debris and the leaves in my gutters. He cleaned them up really well and offered to take pictures of the clean gutters. My house is pretty tall; its three stories. I didn't do the pictures last time, but I will have him out this season and get the photos. The problem was when they were clogged and the water was seeping into the basement. We didn't know what was going on, but we figured out that everytime it rained that the water was seeping into the basement. It wasn't draining property. Long story short; everything worked out real well.

I actually have used them for years and I think they are great. I asked them to clean more windows than they offer on the big deal so I had to pay a little extra. They are extremely neat; I have a lot of window treatments, so to me it's important to me that they are very, very neat.

Squeegee Man Window & Gutter Cleaning did what they were hired to do and did a good job. It took a while to get an appointment. It wasn't his fault that he was very busy, but he eventually came out and did the job quickly.

Very satisfied. When I called to get an appointment, I left a voice mail. I was contacted that night and he explained that due to the many people who had responded to the Angies List special , he couldn't give me a definite date but would have it done within two weeks. Less than twoweeks later he arrived, cleaned the gutters, and cleaned up everything. I plan to call him again next time my gutters need cleaning.

It went fine. Jeff was a good communicator. He called me within 48 hours of buying the deal, and gave me a time frame when he would come out. Not only did he come out when he said he would, but he called before he came to let me know he was on the way. His crew was very professional. They worked quickly and efficiently.

Pleased with the work completed and the time in which it was done.

Scheduling a time with Jeff was easy. He and his crew were punctual and did a great job.

I thought they were very good. I would highly recommend them. Their prices are very reasonable.
