Squeegee Man Window & Gutter Cleaning

I was not home during the service but the gutters were clean and no mess was left behind.

The cleaning crew arrived on time and were able to clean my gutters within two hours. As always, their service was great and very professional.

We got a call back to schedule in a timely manner. In addition, they showed up when they said they would and communicated with us throughout the process. We would use them again.

They did a great job and left the place better than they found it! Nice guys.

I would use again IF the quantity of work justified the minimum charge.

I wasn't home but my husband said they were extremely quick and did a great job!

It worked out really well. They were quick and very professional. They got the job done faster than we expected. It was a little confusing because they ask for a few days that would work so we submitted that and we never heard anything from them but they did show up on the day that we requested them to do the work.

He came during the day while I was at work and did the job. I never knew he was there other than the fact that all of the leaves on my roof and in my gutters were gone. I am completely satisfied.

The provider responded quickly to schedule cleaning our gutters which were very full of leaves (we live on a wooded lot). On the scheduled day we had a hard freeze so he had to postpone (gutters were frozen solid), but he was able to make it our just a couple of days later. The gutters were left very clean, and he even cleaned leaves off the roof. All mess was cleaned up. All round, a good experience, and we will definitely use him again.

I bought a $99 gutter cleaning, however with the square footage of our house and gutter guards the price went up. Gutters were cleaned on schedule, however for the price, I had expected the gutters and downspoutsto be flushed with water. When asked if they could flush an area that I had noticed a lot of debris, they flushed that particular area. Other companies we have used flush all down spouts and gutters automatically.

Requested that high gutters be cleaned on back of house (I did the front lower gutters). Back gutters were cleaned, roof over screened porch swept of leaves. Excellent job. Entire transaction handled on line; never talked with company representative directly nor was I home when work was done.

There were some scheduling problems, but a date was eventually settled on. Squeegee Man's crew came out to do the job. While the gutters were indeed cleaned, the crew left all the debris in the shrubs and beds around the house. I contacted Squeegee Man to complain, and the owner contacted me immediately to apologize. He came out himself and cleaned the beds and shrubs the next day. Although I was disappointed that the crew took this shortcut, I was impressed with the customer service of Squeegee Man and would this company again.

Jeff was honest and courteous. I have decided to wait for the gutter cleaning.

This provider did not contact me for the service I paid for. I had to put in a date of service in order to submit this review, so it is inaccurate as there was no service. Update: Owner Jeff contacted me on the evening of 1/1/2014, scheduling me for service on Friday 1/1/13. He then called back on Thursday evening 1/2/2014 and said he might not be able to come out due to the cold and that "water freezes in the gutter, we have to scrape it out, I don't want to damage your gutters", however, it was above freezing today (several degrees) and he still refused to come out. He also said he couldn't come out tomorrow because he was going to visit his sick mother which might be true but I've heard that from so many providers--is everybody's mother's sick? Anyway, so I said if he had called within the two business days as Angie's List had guaranteed we might have been able to schedule a day when it was not frozen. He yelled at me and said "go ahead and get your money back from Angie's List, I don't need s***".
