The vendor confirmed via email that they could not perform services in my area - even though they advertised for "Union County", which is where my city (Monroe) is located.

I bought a Big Deal for gutter cleaning. I did not understand that the price depends not on the amount of guttering that you have to clean but rather on the total sq. footage of your house. They wanted to up charge $50.00 (in addition to the $99.00). I felt that it made no sense to pay extra when I had under 1600 sq. ft. of guttering but because my house was over 3000 sq. ft., there was an up charge. At any rate, that is their company policy so I reluctantly requested a refund from Angie's List.

OUTSTANDING! I've been in the Charlotte area almost 9 years and have had my gutters cleaned by 3 different companies. I must say, this is the best!! It rained today and it's obvious that they did a great job just by the way the water flowed off of the roof. They were punctual, professional and finished up in about 20 minutes, letting me know when they arrived and when they left. I will definitely utilize their services again and would highly recommend them!

all went smoothly from the beginning. I didn't even have to be at home at time of the service. Sqeegee Man was professional & courteous. I will call on them again!

Contractor informed going to additional cost based on the square footage of my home, most of which is in the basement which doesn't impact the gutters at all. Bait and Switch. Getting a refund.

The service went well. They cleaned the gutters of my 2 story home. I was not home while they did the service but they did a great job. There was no mess when I returned home and scheduling was not an issue.

The service provider told me it would cost $225.00 for the job, opposed to the $99.00 deal I purchase.

They must have really gotten a lot of calls because it took them forever to get here, but when they were here, they were quick and on to the next thing. All they did was clean the gutters. I spoke to them about cleaning the windows but they were completely booked. I gave them a number to contact me but I didn't hear from them. They were not as communicative as I would have liked. They did a thorough job, they did it quickly, there were several workers with them. They just cleaned the gutters, there was nothing extra about it.

Squeegee Man did such a good job cleaning my gutters before that I had them come back the next time the gutters needed cleaning. I let them go too long, however, and they would flood during hard rain storms. As before, SM cleaned the gutters and cleaned up after the cleaning so there was no sign they'd even been there except for the clean, non-flooding gutters. I'll be using SQ the next time out gutters need cleaning. Except I won't wait so long.

Thought The Big Deal price was reasonable so ordered on Jun 10. The next day received my first message from him saying he couldn't get to me until July 8. The Big Deal advertisement didn't mention this... in my opinion that's false advertising. I would have never purchased from him had I known that from the start. I will not purchase another The Big Deal again. I'll use Angie's List for referrals only.

Purchased AL deal and was contacted almost immediately about availability. It was going to be a while. I was surprised when staffer arrived a week earlier than planned. He came, cleaned and took off quickly and quietly. Didn't realize they had left. We don't have a waterfall outside our master bedroom window, so I suspect everything's OK up there now. Glad they came out.

It took awhile to get an appointment. I couldn’t come for a month or two and they actually did it when we weren’t around. They did a pretty good job. It looks like they did what they were supposed to do. I thought they were a little bit expensive. They were average for the price and quality of service.

Punctual, did what was required. No complaints.

I contacted provider to clean gutters. He responded promptly. A family member cleaned the gutter for me since I only had 2 gutters. I cancelled the service call. I would not hesitate to use this provider in the future.

Good communication from provider. Bought through a Big Deal as a good value. Provider was able to get us in early due to a cancellation. Crew of four showed up and knocked out the job quickly. They left the area clean and removed all debris. Gutters are ready for the next summer storm!

Very good experience with Squeegee Man. Quickly responded to schedule the, showed up within the communicated timeframe and was very professional and thorough in his work. Have already recommended him to other friends and will use him again annually.

Just the way I like it - they came when scheduled; did the job; cleaned up after themselves; and no issues afterward.

Vendor contact me via email told be that the cost would be an extra $50.00 for 100 square feet of house size. Ridiculous.

Everything went great! Squeegee Man has been performing these services for us for over 13 years. Wouldn't even consider anyone else. Jeff & his crew do an outstanding job everytime!
