Great - when he found some gutters had no debris he lowered the price.

I was not home, but my family reported all went well.

He respond 2 days after I left a e-mail. We scheduled the job. He showed up when scheduled and completed the work.

The owner of the company was nice and responsive. We did have a couple of issues. The price quoted was lower than the final bill. In fairness to them, I was not available when they called me to review and approve the final quote. The cost quoted was $185. The invoiced amount was $285. I have SDL windows that have individual panes to clean. When looking out from the inside of my house, you can see that that they touched each pane but missed up to 1/2 the glass on several windows. I am going to have to have the windows done again. When I discussed this issue with the owner, he was very pleasant about it but did seem frustrated. He indicated that it had rained since the windows were washed and that was likely the issue. The lesson learned for me is to not allow the windows to be washed unless I am at the house at the time they are done.

i called the gentleman to see what my next step in the process would be and he seemed unaware of what i was calling about... i told him if he needed to call me back that would be fine. when he did return the call it was not much of a conversation because he went right into a conversation about how busy he was and that he wasn't able to catch up and so i told him i thought it may be best if i went ahead and cancelled the coupon and received a refund. a couple of days later he called me back again and acted as though we hadn't spoken and i explained to him we had already discussed he was too busy to perform the services at my home and he said basically the same thing again regarding his too busy status .

Shortly after they were cleaned I had water backing up again. Don't know if they cleaned as well as they should or if there is a blockage.

The crew were very professional, on time and worked hard to complete work. The windows look GREAT!!!! I can see clearly.....

Initial visit and cleaning was done. Within 2 months I noticed during a major rain storm that I had an area clogged (time of year no leaves or limbs falling around the house) so I called and asked if it was possible an area of my house was missed initially. Owner said no - it was all done initially. He agreed to come back when they were in my area to check it out. In an effort to be accommodating I mentioned I didn't mind paying for cleaning the area out. They came back out after a couple weeks. When I got my invoice - I was charged $125 for the return trip. I sent a text message to ask about the large amount and that was ignored. I waited a couple days and then called the owner. Basically the owner feels that was an appropriate amount to come back and clean one downspout because they "checked" the whole house even though my house was just cleaned a short time ago. They were at my home less than 10 minutes on this return trip. So this round of cleaning cost me $224 total.

Mixed review - We had established a date and time, however, two days before appointed day Squeegee called and asked to move up date due to scheduling loads. Once agreed, Squeegee showed up 30 minutes early! Tad put off by wanting to push date to a time that would not be convenient to us, however, we agreed.He showed up and was on the roof for 25 minutes, all work was performed by hand! I like the honesty of Squeegee after telling me there would not be a surcharge for the extra feet of gutter as he said the gutters were pretty clean! Now, the downside- saw one of the workers dumping the leave debris into my running brook! Told Squeegee about the issue, he apologized and said many times if the environment is available they will leave the debrie on the property. I have attached a photo of the downspout debrie that they left behind without cleaning it, it's was mucky and smelled badly.

These guys are pros. No fuss, no muss. They called when they were on the way, did the job, cleaned up afterward and were gone in an hour. Can't recommend them enough! You won't be disappointed.
